A woman on TikTok went viral after she lost her patience with an interrupting colleague during a work presentation and epically, no holds barred, shut him down.

TikToker @directedbybrini had had just about enough when she was interrupted for the final time with a misogynistic statement.

In the following response, she absolutely crucified the man who attempted to do so.

"Please keep yourself on mute," she said to the man as he goes to interrupt again.

“I’m actually not done speaking, so while I respect your ability to talk on and on, my ears actually do have a limit."
"I find it extremely disrespectful and degrading that you felt a need to not only interrupt my entire presentation but also repeat back to me exactly what I had just offered to the table."

In a follow-up video, our original poster (or OP) explained she knew when she went into business for herself at 18 she would be facing some very not-fun obstacles.

She said she practices "all the time" for situations like this, and has plenty of mentors in the industry who have shared with her exactly how to stand up for herself.

Originally, she'd posted her takedown to Instagram close friends only, but at the urging of her friends, she ended up going viral.

The moral of the story is, if you think you need to interrupt, you probably don't.
