The feeling of desperation in an airport terminal is not foreign.
The endless stressful security measures and procedures we are subject to in the airport is already enough for some anxiety, but the simple fact it takes so long to get anything done in the airport at all means we are always living in fear of missing our flight.
But one woman took it to an all new level when she attempted to chase her airplane down.
ON the tarmac.
@anthonyk892 Karen missed her flight, decided to walk out emergency exit onto tarmac. Gets felony trespassing.
Going onto an airport tarmac is illegal and against SIDA security conditions for successful operations at an airport.
Almost immediately, the woman met her arrest at the hands of the many cops she encountered while trying to do whatever it was she thought she was doing.

Vickie Meyers, the woman in the video, reportedly attempted to argue with representatives of her airline before ultimately deciding to take matters into her own hands.
She ran out the door, through the skybridge and down the stairs onto the tarmac before being caught by a group of police officers.

Meyers, who, according to the original poster of the video, was very intoxicated at the time of her arrest, swayed unceremoniously while yelling at nearby police officers as she resisted arrest.
“Did she [think] the plane was going to back up for her?” one user incredulously asked.
“What’s going on inside that hat?"

After being cuffed, people in the airport came together to applaud Meyers' arrest, suggesting she'd been a full disruption and a nuisance to everybody in the airport.
Folks commented that if they were being arrested in an airport full of people who proceeded to applaud, it would certainly force them to rethink some of their life choices.
