Doorbell Cam Captures Men Telling 5-Year-Old Girl To 'Get The F*ck Out Of My Neighborhood' Over Pride Flag

Three men in McFarland, Wisconsin, harassed a lesbian couple and their five-year-old daughter at their doorstep for displaying a Pride banner outside the home.

One of the men verbally acknowledged there was a Ring security cam "again," suggesting they had done this before.

Knowing they were being recorded, they proceeded with the harassment anyway and rang the doorbell.

The suspect, who was wearing a hat that read, “Show me your t**ties," told the little girl who answered the door to "get the f'k out" of the neighborhood and ran off with the other two male suspects.

Unbeknownst to the men, one of the girl's mothers was standing behind the door and out of view of the harassers.

The footage of the hateful encounter was shared and posted by the couple's friend, Arielle Petri, a.k.a. TikToker @mermaidmomarielle.

In the shared footage, the guy who rang the doorbell told the little girl at the door:

“See, I’m not from here, but would you queers please get the f'k out of my neighborhood?”

The harassers laughed and walked away.

Then, one of the mothers stepped outside with her phone on and reported the incident.

"Was the entire goal just to male a child cry?" exclaimed Petri, adding, "What the actual f'k!"

“They know that there’s a camera but feel so invincible in their homophobic hate that they think nothing could possibly happen to them."

Petri then called on fellow TikTokers to help identify the men.

People sounded off in the comments in response to the homophobic behavior.

One TikToker noted the area the family lived in was an LGBTQ-friendly community.

"My friends do not deserve to feel unsafe in their neighborhood because they're f'kin' gay. Get over it," said Petri.

In a follow-up video, Petri said the same men had apparently visited another home that had a Pride flag and harassed them as well.

The department's Chief Officer wrote:

"On 12/23/21, a McFarland resident contacted the PD because three unknown male subjects rang her doorbell."
"Where the resident’s young child answered the door, one of the subjects used vulgar language and slurs toward the child and then the three subjects left the area."
"With the help of members of the McFarland community and other Law Enforcement partners, MCPD was able to identify the three subjects and they were arrested and booked into the Dane County Jail for Disorderly Conduct with a Hate Crime enhancer."
"The MCPD thanks everyone who assisted with this case."
