TikToker @triscuitz57 shared a video of herself using a plastic cup to fill up her car's windshield fluid tank using the free fluid at a gas station—but not everyone was impressed with the 'life hack.'

A woman on TikTok shared what she considered a brilliant hack of using a gas station's free windshield cleaner to fill up her car's windshield washer reservoir...but viewers have differing opinions.

TikToker @triscuitz57 documented her operation in which she transferred the gas station's free cleaner to her car using a plastic cup.

In the video she can be heard saying:

“Why pay for washer fluid when the gas station has it for free?”

At the end of the video, she added:

“Ah yes. Drink up, drink up."

The creator also noted in the caption:

"It's just sitting there 🤷♀️"

it's just sitting there 🤷‍♀️ #lifehacks

While the TikToker was undoubtedly proud of her newfound "hack," most viewers advised against it.

Many informed the creator that the cleaner provided at most gas stations is not, in fact, windshield fluid.

Several also added that springing for a new jug of 100% washer fluid won't break the bank.

College Announcer Apologizes After Sparking Outrage With Body-Shaming Comment About Plus-Size Dance Team

In the United States, there are 107 Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs)—schools founded when segregation laws and racist policies kept Black men and women from higher education. The schools developed their own unique culture and customs around stepping, marching band, drum majors, and majorettes.

HBCU majorettes march with the band, dance, and have stand battles during games. The dance style and moves are unique to Black culture, but have spread beyond the HBCUs to high schools and dance schools across the country.
