He captured our hearts with hits such as "Amish Paradise," "Like A Surgeon" and "White And Nerdy." Now "Weird" Al Yankovic is capturing our hearts over social media.
How? By completely trolling traditions.
The tradition Yankovic was trolling was none other than the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, a yearly occurrence featuring musical performances, giant parade floats and huge balloons most people have grown to cherish....
...except Weird Al apparently.

Yankovic was pictured sitting nonchalantly by his window, checking emails, while a balloon of Grogu (aka Baby Yoda) from Disney+'s The Mandalorian went by.
Ha ha. I once spent hours rewriting the second act of Spamalot as Barney and the entire parade passed by… the next year Spamalot was in the Parade.

People were simultaneously amused and incredulous Al completely ignored an entire parade going by his window.
Others were shocked he didn't take more advantage of how gloriously located his accommodations are.
Talk about a BIRDS EYE VIEW!!! https://t.co/uHSIknrLGp
