Women's fashion has always been a difficult and frustrating thing.

If you aren't familiar with women's clothing, it's very different than men's: the material is much thinner, sizing makes approximately zero sense across brands, and very rarely do the clothes have pockets--or they have fake pockets, which is even more infuriating.

But one woman was on a mission to alleviate some of that frustration during her wedding.

In a viral post (that has now been shared upwards of 3,000 times) a bridesmaid tweeted a picture of her and the bride's wedding party, "My friend got married last month and her dress and the bridesmaids' dresses ALL HAD POCKETS."

And people were SO thrilled that they could not stop talking about it on Twitter.

"And yes, we did use them for storing snacks, thank you for asking."

But why don't women's dresses have pockets?

"I honestly believe the fashion industry is not helping women advance," said Camilla Olson, director of CO LLC, a high fashion firm.

"We [women] know clearly we need pockets to carry technology and I think it's expected we are going to carry a purse. When we're working we don't carry purses around. A pocket is a reasonable thing."

"I find it discouraging," Olson said. "Fashion looks selectively at who they let in and keeps women at a certain place. It's not helping women move forward in the workplace."

Olson also says she believes industry trends will soon change:

"More women are expecting and demanding pockets. I was hearing more about pockets on the runway in recent shows. Pockets are becoming more interesting, but they aren't the size to carry around an iPhone, much less an iPhone [6] Plus."

These dresses were purchased from David's Bridal.

"You'd never expect to hire suits for guys and then 'add pockets' as an extra," Eva Paterson, the bride in the photo, said of her decision to purchase the dresses. "These dresses prove that it's possible to look beautiful, feel amazing, and be practically equipped for the day, and I hope it encourages other brands to up their game on this as well."

Dem Rep. Offers Brutally Accurate Reason For Why He Can't Understand 'The Mind Of Donald Trump'

Massachusetts Democratic Representative Seth Moulton made a fitting observation about President Donald Trump's mind after Trump gave a 20-minute address to the nation about his war in Iran on Wednesday evening.

Trump claimed “core strategic objectives are nearing completion” in the Iran war and vowed to strike Iran "extremely hard" over the next two to three weeks. He said that he would finish the job "very fast," without setting any timeline for ending the war. He pledged to "bring them [Iranians] back to the Stone Ages, where they belong.”

Solicitor General Sparks Alarm After Telling Supreme Court He's 'Not Sure' If Native Americans Are Birthright Citizens

The relationship between Indigenous American nations and the colonizers and later settlers who arrived and established the United States is complicated.

Indigenous peoples were integral parts of the survival and success of early colonizers. The Haudenosaunee Confederacy's Great Law of Peace offered a blueprint for the United States Constitution and the structure of the federal government including the three independent branches offering checks and balances, ideally.

Racist Guy Caught On Video Tearing Through Iraqi Soccer Fans' Banner At Dallas Airport: 'Don't Come To America'

With the United States set to host the 2026 World Cup, a video out of Dallas Fort Worth International Airport is drawing attention for a very different reason: showing a man ripping apart an Iraqi soccer fan’s banner and telling them, “Don’t come to America.”

The video, posted on Instagram, shows a group of Iraqi sports fans standing in an airport holding a banner with Arabic and Spanish writing. The fans were there to support Iraq during their World Cup qualifier against Bolivia, which resulted in a 2-1 upset victory earlier that day.
