Last night, Russian President Vladimir Putin launched a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the fledgling Democratic nation and western ally that broke from Russia in 1991. The attacks came from the east, the west, and the south, by land, air, and sea.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky declared martial law as explosions rocked multiple cities in the nation, including its capital, Kyiv. The leader of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg called the invasion a "brutal act of war," and President Joe Biden promised to meet with G7 leaders ahead of announcing additional sanctions against Russia.

As the invasion was unfolding, former President Donald Trump called in to far-right Fox News host Laura Ingraham's broadcast, where he continued to spout fantasies that the 2020 election was somehow "stolen" from him.

Watch below.

Trump said:

"[Putin] was going to be satisfied with the peace and now he sees the weakness and the incompetence and the stupidity of this administration. And as an American, I'm angry about it and I'm saddened by it, and it all happened because of a rigged election. This would have never happened, and that includes inflation, and that includes millions of people pouring in on a monthly basis. Far more than 3 million people, and they're coming from 129 different countries. We have no idea what's happening, and they're destroying our country."

The rant, laden with conspiracy theories and xenophobia, was all too predictable from Trump, whose election lies resulted in a deadly failed insurrection against the U.S. Capitol last year, and whose first impeachment centered around pressuring Ukraine's President to investigate the Bidens in order to secure congressionally-approved military aid. Trump also frequently defended Putin's lie that Russia didn't interfere with the 2016 presidential election, despite overwhelming evidence that it did.

Social media users were nonetheless disgusted.

Others emphasized the danger and death facing Ukrainians as Trump spewed these conspiracy theories.

The situation in Ukraine is still unfolding.

Even Trump's NASA Director Had To Set Kim Kardashian Straight After She Said The Moon Landing 'Didn't Happen'

Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy—who is also NASA's Acting Administrator—issued the weirdest fact-check ever when he corrected reality star Kim Kardashian after she revealed herself to be a moon landing conspiracist.

Conspiracy theorists have long alleged the moon landing was fabricated by NASA in what they claim was an elaborate hoax—and Kardashian certainly made it clear where she stands in a video speaking to co-star Sarah Paulson on the set of the new Hulu drama All’s Fair.

Special Olympics Fires Back At Kid Rock With Powerful Statement After He Used 'The R-Word' To Describe Halloween Costume

MAGA singer Kid Rock was called out by Loretta Claiborne, the Chief Inspiration Officer of the Special Olympics, after he used the "r-word"—a known ableist slur—to describe his Halloween costume this year.

Kid Rock, whose real name is Robert James Ritchie, was speaking with Fox News host Jesse Watters when he donned a face mask and said he'd be going as a "r**ard" for Halloween. Watters had guessed he was dressed as Dr. Anthony Fauci, the former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases who spearheaded the nation's COVID-19 pandemic response.
