'Nazi Barbie' Trends On Twitter After Tomi Lahren Claims Someone Called Her That To Her Face

A new Twitter trend was born following claims by right-wing provocateur and Fox News host Tomi Lahren that someone recently called her "Nazi Barbie." Both the phrase and the hashtag #NaziBarbie went viral as scores of Twitter users mocked her for the claim.

The "Nazi Barbie" comment was just one of several incidents of abuse Lahren claimed to have recently suffered in an interview on the Fox Across America show on Fox Radio.

Lahren referenced another of those incidents, in which someone threw things at her, in a snarky tweet she posted Monday that contained a recording of the interview.

During her chat with the show's host Jimmy Failla, Lahren claimed a man called her "Nazi Barbie" while accusing her of bigotry against Native Americans.

"Yesterday, I had a grown man with a cigarette in hand and a mask on his face telling me once again that I'm 'Nazi Barbie' and telling me that I dance on the graves of Native Americans."

The criticism was presumably in reference to comments Lahren has made insisting her "ancestors did discover America," which drew widespread outrage.

Lahren also claimed she had eggs thrown at her by an athletically impaired liberal.

"I had a girl from the sixth floor of an apartment complex try to throw eggs at me. Of course, being a liberal, she's not super athletic. So she missed me."

Given the lack of evidence for these claims, many on Twitter were dubious about their veracity.

But Lahren characterized these incidents as the new normal in "liberal" America, and she laid the blame at the feet of Democratic Representative Maxine Waters for calling for Democrats to resist Republican politicians' legislative agenda.

"I mean, the left has become so emboldened now that where it used to be, for me, just people attacking me on social media, now they're doing what Maxine Waters said and they're getting more confrontational because they believe they have this free pass. And I'm concerned it's only going to get worse, for all of us."

It was the "Nazi Barbie" claim that stuck most firmly on Twitter.

It was definitely not because people were feeling sympathetic towards Lahren.

Others pointed out it's not exactly easy to know to whom exactly "Nazi Barbie" refers to nowadays.

Lahren has a long history of making inflammatory statements on the air, from calling Black Lives Matter "the new KKK" to saying in 2018 the highlight of her Thanksgiving was watching migrants, including children, be tear-gassed at the Mexican border.

Man Who Nancy Mace Accused Of 'Harassing' Her In Ulta Store Speaks Out

South Carolina MAGA Republican Representative Nancy Mace—whose entire brand seems to be attacking people and then crying victim—is being exposed once again for embellishing reality to further her anti-LGBTQ+ agenda.

On April 19, Mace posted a video of her yelling obscenities at a constituent on her social media and later pinning it to the top of her feed. But like many who live in red districts, the man just wanted to know when Mace would hold a town hall to speak to voters.
