TikToker @imlesbianflavored told viewers how she'd popped a pimple above her mouth before waking up later that night with a swollen, painful face.

Nope nope nope. Never again.

TikToker @iamlesbianflavored warned viewers not to pop their pimples after she got a staph infection on her face from doing so— and we're officially never touching our faces again.

The creator of the video that has been viewed more than 2 million times began by showing off her swollen face and urging:

"Don't pop your pimples, you guys."
"I will never pop another pimple on my face, not ever."

The TikToker elaborated, stating that she had popped a pimple above her lip before going to bed and then woke up in the middle of the night with a swollen face and fever.

“I went to the doctor—it’s staph.”

A few even commented that the affected area on her face was in the "triangle of death" zone, the area spanning from the bridge of the nose to the corner of the mouth, named so because of its close proximity and connection to the brain.

The TikToker did post a follow-up responding to some comments and concerns, the main concern being that one should always have clean hands before messing with the face.

But she assured viewers that her face was clean as were her hands.

She also shared that, according to her doctor, it's possible the staph infection was spread to her face from a different area of her body from what she believed were infected mosquito bites.
