Halloween is barely around the corner, but it's not stopping a horror movie fan from terrorizing the neighborhood with a ridiculously startling prank.

There's nothing more scary than unexpectedly seeing a person wearing a Michael Myers mask in broad daylight.

And that is exactly what TikToker @mmyers1031 sets out to do–catch unsuspecting individuals off guard by scaring the socks off of them by bringing the infamous serial killer to life.

The TikTok prankster is a self-professed "police sergeant, army veteran, and horror fanatic"–according to their page description.

With over 3 million followers, their page consists of videos of them wearing the iconic boogeyman mask from the Halloween movies and eliciting shrieks–or in some instances, laughter–from drivers after seeing who they genuinely believe to be Michael Myers looking for his next victim.

You can see one of the videos here:

In many of the videos, the TikToker is behind the wheel of a truck and pulls up alongside a driver who is stopped on the road and usually distracted by their smartphones.

Michael Myers honks to grab the driver's attention, and upon seeing the creeper staring back at them with his dead eyes, the driver nopes themselves out of the situation by rolling up their window and slamming the pedal to the metal.

Many drivers seeing the real-life cameo of Michael Myers are initially very terrified, and who can blame them?

There is something about a non-verbal stalker whose face is concealed by a pale rubber mask that gives the wearer a heightened sinister quality.

Fun Fact?

The iconic mask was based on Star Trek actor William Shatner's face–specifically, Captain Kirk's death mask that was created for the show.

As in the Halloween movies, Michael Myers is invincible and ruthless. If you ever saw the inhuman serial killer standing before you, there's no other choice than to run for your life because weapons are useless.

And it doesn't matter how fast you run, because his victims never seem to outpace him, even when he's walking.

But there were some individuals in the TikTok videos who were unfazed by the prank.

On the thumbnails of many of the clips, TikTok did its due diligence and warned viewers that:

"Participating in this prank could result in you or others getting hurt!"

There is truth to that.

After all, it's all fun and games until something goes wrong.

So, Michael Myers, please spookify with caution.
