Tony Hawk is one of the most famous professional skateboarders in the entire world. One might assume that his daughter would take on the family mantle and have started skateboarding as soon as she could walk.

However, this is not the case. In a video posted to Twitter this past Saturday, Hawk can be seen teaching his daughter how to skateboard for the first time.

Needless to say, it hit us right in the warm and fuzzies.

She can be seen shaking her head no as Papa Hawk encourages her with "lean forward.' Eventually she goes for it, and let's just say, the Hawk family may soon have another pro-skater on their hands.

People were here for Hawk's parenting skills.

Some had their own kids embarking on the same skating journey.

And most were just impressed with her skills.

Keep up the good work!

If you try to take nice pictures in a scenic location, there will likely be people wandering through the background of your photos, because everyone else will also be enjoying the scenery.

It points out that those who win conflicts shape how those events are remembered, recorded, and taught to future generations, leading to biased historical accounts and warped perceptions.
