'Wakanda Forever' Actor Addresses Speculation That His Bulge Was Edited Down In Final Cut

Tenoch Huerta, who plays villian Namor in the 'Black Panther' sequel, set the record straight about his actual bulge.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever actor Tenoch Huerta is at last speaking out to set the record straight about a certain rumor you may have heard about him.

You know, the one saying he's so endowed the Wakanda Forever team edited out his bulge for the film's final cut, so to speak?

In case you missed it, side-by-side photos of Huerta in character as the film's villain Namor—one from the film's trailer in which Namor's skivvies hold an ample bulge, the other from the actual film in which Namor sports a more modest look—went viral around the film's release.

This led to widespread speculation the actor's assets had been digitally downgraded.

In a recent Rolling Stone interview, Huerta addressed the rumors.

It turns out the viral photos are the opposite of what they seem. It's actually the bulgy photo of Huerta that seems to have been heavily Photoshopped, not the other way around.

Rolling Stone asked Huerta about the controversy and whether or not he was "okay with" Wakanda Forever's team editing down his package.

To surely everyone's surprise, Huerta responded:

"The only thing that I can say is: the original was the photo in the right. Without [the bulge]! That’s original."

Of course, most men would just let a rumor like this ride, but it seems Huerta is too honest—and perhaps too confident—for such chicanery.

He went on to say:

"No, I mean, I’m not going to lie to people. Every man in the world, we have fragile masculinity, but not in that issue. I will say, the right one, the real one is the photo on the right.

That means Marvel must have packaged Huerta differently for the trailer.

On Twitter, Huerta's confirmation of which photo is accurate did little to lessen the internet's love for him.

Regardless of what the truth about Huerta's anatomy may be, Wakanda Forever's box office continues to bulge, having grossed more than $676 million so far.

24-year-old YouTuber Mykhailo Viktorovych Polyakov was arrested after making contact with one of the world's last uncontacted tribes, making the perilous and ill-advised journey to North Sentinel Island and leaving a coconut and a can of Diet Coke on the beach as a gift to the Sentinelese.

Polyakov, 24, arrived at the northeastern shore of North Sentinel Island at 10 a.m. on March 29, according to police reports. He used binoculars to survey the land but saw no one. He then climbed ashore, leaving behind a Diet Coke and a coconut, took sand samples, and recorded a video, the authorities said.
