There are a lot of conspiracy theories surrounding the plots of TV series.
For example, there is a theory the popular show Breaking Bad is actually a prequel to The Walking Dead, built upon the hypothesis Walter White's drug empire somehow also was responsible for the beginnings of the zombie apocalypse.
So, it was only a matter of time until popular series Ted Lasso, which follows an American football coach who is recruited to coach a UK soccer team, had a conspiracy theory following it around.
This one is particularly odd.
The theory postulates Roy Kent, played by British actor Brett Goldstein, is actually CGI—a computer generated image. But before this theory could run completely amuck, Goldstein went to Twitter to put rumors to rest.

Yeah...I totally, totally believe you. Check out this pic. I took! I don't have my glasses with me so, would you mind pointing out the stoplights for me? Thank you so much, actual human being Brett.pic.twitter.com/JAIhqZhoAN— RZ (@RZ) 1630637669
Perhaps they do an all CGI episode of Ted Lasso in response and leave you as the only real character.— b.g. (@b.g.) 1630601576

In the video, Goldstein asserted he is "a completely real normal human man who just happens to live in a VFX house and does normal human basic things like rendering and buffering and transferring data."
While giving this statement, Goldstein used iPhone's animated/computerized head feature.

Goldstein is also an accomplished writer on the UK comedy scene, writing and appearing in the film SuperBob as well as writing The Catherine Tate Live Show alongside Catherine Tate.
He is also one of the writers on Ted Lasso and the show Soulmates, which is due for a second season.

We are glad to hear such an accomplished actor and writer is, indeed, a completely real normal human man and not computer generated.
