Unbeknownst to her, Lapierre was collecting his favorite text messages from her pregnancy journey and saving them to create a song for her—and with the inclusion of texts about cravings, the baby kicking her in the ribs, and dramatic mood swings, the only realistic genre choice had to be punk.
While in the car, Lapierre decided to film a blind reaction as he revealed the resulting song to his wife for the first time. And not only was her reaction totally priceless, but the song was honestly kind of bangin'.
As the song played, Lapierre displayed the source text messages on the screen, including:
"Just started swearing and getting nauseous... Will I make it??"
And we can't forget this gem:
"I'm sorry to complain to you. I'm just really dying."
Panning the camera back and forth between Lapierre rocking out to the song, to his wife laughing hysterically in the passenger seat, creating this song was clearly the winning move.

The video was also shared on the X platform, where users were endlessly tickled by the honesty that started it all.
As tough as the pregnancy symptoms are to navigate for nine or more months, Lapierre and his wife seemed to have cracked the code on the situation, which is to not take the situation too seriously and to laugh whenever possible.
For some couples, creating a song like this might be used to mock the future mom—but in this situation, laughter was clearly the best medicine.
This is actually the whole point. A great way of correcting a child's behavior, especially when they are being negative and potentially having a tantrum, is to redirect them with something that is positive, fun, or just incredibly confusing, forcing them to focus on solving the mystery instead of whatever it was that upset them in the first place.
In the new trend, parents start recording when their toddlers are already mid-tantrum, and to distract their toddlers, the parent simply screams, "Jessica!"
Some take it a step further and yell, "Jessica! Jessica, where are you? Come out, Jessica!"

In every incident, as soon as the kids hear the unknown name "Jessica," they stop crying and start looking around.
More than likely, this is out of curiosity, wondering who Jessica is, where she is, and what she's doing in their house.
There are likely some situations, hilariously enough, where the kids probably think that Jessica is another authority figure, coming to address their tantrum, like when parents convince their kids that they will call the police on them, or they'll tell Santa Claus not to bring them presents.

Despite how well this hack seems to be working across TIkTok, however, there always has to be an exception.
Mom and TikToker Taylor of "Taylor and Sophia" wanted to point out that while this was a funny hack, and it definitely worked to redirect kids from experiencing a tantrum, there was also a distinct possibility that the child would also pull an UNO-Reverse and make the word "Jessica" their new favorite word and hunting for Jessica their new favorite activity.

So while you might opt to try this new hack at home on your emotional toddlers, just be warned that you may inadvertently open up Pandora's Box.

So while flying with Frontier Airlines, the TikToker noted on her flight information that she was hard of hearing and would need accommodations, but she did not mention this to the individual flight attendants when she boarded, which would become important later.
The gate agent who helped her board continued to advocate for what she needed, but when the TikToker did not respond to a flight attendant after not being able to hear her addressing her, the flight attendant became furious. She went so far as to demand that the TikToker be removed from the flight for insubordination and for being a safety risk.
TikToker @legallyswiftie13's mother started recording as she became increasingly distressed about the situation, the gate agent continued to advocate for her, and the fellow passengers looked on solemnly.
In a text overlay, the TikToker wrote:

"What is the point of listing that you're Deaf on your ticket when Frontier refuses to accommodate?"
"Frontier Airlines flight crew (pilots and flight attendants) kicked me off a flight because I am a Deaf person who couldn't hear the flight attendant."
"Despite the Frontier gate agent seen in the footage, ADVOCATING for my accommodations listed on my ticket, the flight crew doubled down and removed me from the flight."
While the gate agent continued to try to keep the TikToker on the flight, the flight attendant stood with the captain, complaining about the situation, and ultimately got her way. The gate agent reluctantly explained that the rest of the flight crew wanted her off the flight, but that she personally would help her get another flight.
The TikToker's mom stayed on the flight with the rest of their family, but the TikToker became distressed about wanting her dog and also stressed to her fellow passengers that she was not resisting leaving the plane while being embarrassed about being escorted off the flight.

After the first video went viral, Frontier allegedly went on a smear campaign and not only revealed TikToker @legallyswiftie13's full name online, but said that she was lying about being Deaf or hard of hearing. The information became so widespread, the TikToker was even asked about it "during job interviews" after acquiring her law degree.
In a text overlay, the TikToker wrote:
"When you just want Frontier to create legally abiding accommodations, but they come out and expose your whole name and lie to the news in the midst of applying to lawyer jobs."

In a third video, TikToker @legallyswiftie13 compared Frontier's accommodations with Delta's, pointing out that while Delta only requires a person to declare their needs on their ticket, which they will then reference throughout the flight, Frontier requires passengers to notify "every single staff member they come in contact with" of their needs for accommodation.
So because the TikToker did not notify the flight attendant of her needs before not being able to hear her instructions, according to Frontier's written agreement, the flight attendant was within her rights to complain about the TikToker and get her kicked off of the flight.

It's alarming that a flight attendant became so angry about not being responded to that she removed someone from a flight, especially when that person is Deaf.
The worst part is that, by releasing the TikToker's name and stating that she isn't losing her hearing, they're prepared to double down instead of learn from the situation, which just makes all of this so much worse.
The Republican senator resigned effective January 8, 2023, to become the president of the University of Florida effective February 6, 2023. He then resigned from that position effective July 31, 2024, for an undisclosed "family health issue" believed to be his wife's epilepsy diagnosis.
On December 23, 2025, Sasse announced he had been diagnosed with terminal "stage-four pancreatic cancer." In an April 2026 interview with The New York Times, Sasse disclosed the cancer had spread to his liver, lymph nodes, lung and vascular system.
Sasse has been making a number of media appearances recently, reflecting on his time in office and the state of the country.
On Sunday, he spoke to 60 Minutes and addressed falling birth rates in the United States. Sasse, whose wife homeschooled their three children, jumped on the conservative bandwagon lamenting an alleged male loneliness epidemic and Millennials' and Gen Z's reluctance to have children or be in relationships with toxic men.
Sasse told interviewer Scott Pelley:
"What in the world is happening with the natalism crisis? We've stopped having sex. Sex has collapsed demographically, premarital, extramarital, marital."
Premarital and extramarital sex are generally discouraged by major religions, with infidelity also being frowned upon by society at large. Sasse's comments were reminiscent of when Fox News senior medical analyst Dr. Marc Siegel called the lack of teen pregnancies a "problem."
Sasse continued:
"It is very weird...I don't have a phone on me, but that we carry around these super devices in our pockets that have distracted us from some of the most fundamental human activities and aspirations."
"Having a baby is a bet on the future. And almost everywhere in the world—and the world is richer and richer and richer statistically than it's ever been—people have decided actually babies are kind of an inconvenience."
Sasse added:
"Babies have always been an inconvenience and the most glorious thing you can do to enrich your family and to make a bet on the future. How weird that we've stopped having sex."
Sasse concluded:
"We've stopped making babies. We've decided that being distracted by a dopamine hit around Candy Crush might be a good way to spend your time. Not if you're a full human."

Like Dr. Siegel, who conflated statistics regarding live-birth rates as an indicator of fertility rates, Sasse falsely asserted people's unwillingness to become parents indicated people weren't having sex.
People can and do have sex that will never result in a pregnancy. And for sexual acts that can produce a pregnancy, more people are choosing to ensure it doesn't.
People were quick to respond to Sasse's assumption that they were too digitally distracted to procreate.

Birth rates in the United States have dropped to historic lows, showing a 23% decline since the last peak was reached in 2007.
In 2025, the birth rate showed a continued decline, falling to 53.1 births per 1,000 women aged 15-44 which is down from 53.8 per 1,000 in 2024.
Conservative leaders and right-wing media have been calling the decline a "crisis" while advocating for decreasing or eliminating social safety nets and blocking universal childcare, healthcare, and paid family leave.
It's almost as if people need those programs before they'll have children, as if everyone isn't an independently wealthy man with a stay-at-home wife to raise his children.
Conservatives out of touch with reality? Who could have guessed?
