Steve-O celebrated his 50th birthday in bizarre fashion—by having Post Malone tattoo a penis on his forehead.

Jackass star Steve-O turned 50 last week, and what better way to celebrate than getting a penis tattooed on his face by Post Malone?

When asked by Page Six a few weeks ago how he was going to celebrate his milestone birthday, Steve-O revealed his idea for the facial art.

“I’m getting my first face tattoo."
"Post Malone is going to tattoo a d**k on my forehead."

Steve-O said he planned for it all to go down at the Bonnaroo Music Festival in Manchester, Tennessee.

And... he made good on his word.

In footage shared to social media, Post Malone—who headlined the festival—could be seen inking the full package right on Steve-O's forehead.

You can watch below.

Not all viewers of the NSFW session believed it was legit, but Steve-O assured them the tattoo was "100% real."

Most, however, were incredibly entertained...

... and they also agreed that if anyone was going to get this particular tattoo, it would be Steve-O.

At the end of the video, Steve-O shared the reason behind his questionable tattoo.

"It's to find out how long I last before I tap out and get it lasered off."
"I'm determined to make it at least through my next whole tour, which starts this Friday, and it's the craziest show I've ever put together because it actually explores what I have to do with my art to cross the line..."
"And I'll have you know, I'm crossing the hell out of it."

We definitely agree.

Steve-O's tour is scheduled to run through mid-August. We'll see if the tat hangs around!
