The internet has fallen in love with Will Connolly, the Australian teenager who took a crack at shaming a bigoted senator by crushing an egg on his head and got lots of love for it.

Reviled Australian Senator Fraser Anning released a statement in the wake of the Christchurch massacre, in which 50 people were killed at two mosques.

Instead of castigating the 28-year-old white supremacist gunman, Anning blamed the shooting on Muslim immigration.

It was during a far-right rally where the intrepid egged crusader inflicted retribution on the politician.

But, there's another reason for admirers to love the fearless 17-year-old.

He will be donating money from his GoFundMe page that was set up in his honor to the victims of the terrorist attack.

Here's a clip of Egg Boy (or "EggBoi" as he is being dubbed), crushing it.

A GoFundMe page was set up in his Connolly's honor to cover "legal fees" and "more eggs" after the boy was arrested for detonating his yolk grenade.

The fund's total exceeded the $50,000 goal, which is the amount symbolizing the 50 lives lost in the New Zealand massacre.

But according to the person who set up the campaign, Connolly reached out via text and said that he "plans to send a majority of the money to the victims of the Christchurch terrorist attack."

This is undeniable:

Connolly was released with no charges and said in a video that he learnt his lesson.

"Don't egg politicians. You get tackled by 30 bogans at the same time," he said, using a derogatory slang term applied to unsophisticated Australians like the far-right Anning supporters who tackled him.

Some noted the physical attacks Connolly endured were more undeserving.

EggBoi later tweeted:

"This was the moment I felt so proud to exists as a human being. Let me inform all you guys, Muslims are not terrorists and terrorism has no religion. All those who consider Muslims a terrorist community have empty heads like Anning."

Connolly was advised not to use social media due to the legal proceedings against him.

Anning's statement following the terrorist attack wrote, in part:

"Whilst this kind of violent vigilantism can never be justified, that "it highlights is the growing fear within our community, both in Australia and New Zealand of the increasing Muslim presence."

He added that "the real cause of bloodshed on New Zealand streets today" is because of the immigration policy enabling "Muslim fanatics to migrate to New Zealand in the first place."

While Connolly's Twitter account remains suspended, other users managed to upload the video of him thanking everyone for their support.

Fox News Guest Has Blunt Reminder About Trump After Sean Hannity Asks About Biden's 'Cognitive Decline'

Fox News personality Sean Hannity was widely mocked after guest commentator Stephanie Miller gave him more than he bargained for with her response to his question about when she first noticed former President Joe Biden's "cognitive decline."

President Donald Trump and Republicans have long questioned Biden's cognitive fitness for office to draw attention from Trump's own gaffes. Earlier this week, Trump made headlines for claiming "no one knows what magnets are" during an Oval Office exchange. He has also continued to attract attention for falling asleep during events.
