When one thinks of the Olympics we often think of athletic hero’s.
When we think of the Paralympics we often think of athletic hero’s who overcome incredible feats.
However, the official @Paralympics TikTok account is telling a different story and it has people puzzled.
Take this video for example. Instead of applauding this cyclist on their incredible feat of cycling with just one leg the TikTok account seems to make fun of this very thing.
Or this one, where a blind swimmer is notified they are getting close to the wall.
Or this one which shows a wheelchair user celebrating their win at table tennis.
The internet is feeling some type of way about how the official Paralympics TikTok has chosen to portray their athletes.

Criticizers even include Paralympian Brenna Huckaby.
Hopefully these athletes will receive the respect they deserve.
