It's a winner for sure.

Three days into the third government shutdown of his presidency, President Donald Trump is melting down on Twitter and Mark Hamill offered a suggestion on how Trump can turn his misery into something productive.

On Monday morning, Trump whined about being alone and once again blamed Democrats for the shutdown despite having claimed proud ownership over it two weeks ago.

"I am all alone (poor me) in the White House waiting for the Democrats to come back and make a deal on desperately needed Border Security," wrote the president. "At some point the Democrats not wanting to make a deal will cost our Country more money than the Border Wall we are all talking about. Crazy!"

As Trump sulks and points fingers, Hamill reminded him that he promised the American people a Mexico-funded border wall and that if all else fails, "poor me" could be his 2020 reelection slogan.

"Bad News: You repeatedly promised American taxpayers a FREE wall that would cost our country NOTHING, because MEXICO would pay for it! Remember? (It's on film if you need to refresh your memory)," Hamill tweeted. "The Good News is: I think you just found your 2020 Campaign Slogan: !"

Hamill nailed it.

Some see a Saturday Night Live skit in the making.

Nevermind that Trump has spent the bulk of Christmas Eve tweeting about who knows what. His latest gambit to paint himself a victim did not go well.

A humanitarian crisis at the southern border, a collapsing stock market, and seditious foreign policy decisions - all of which are happening with a paralyzed federal government during Christmas - have many wondering: how much more of this can we take?

For others, Trump spending Christmas alone as his presidency implodes is poetic justice.

Trump could spread some Christmas cheer by volunteering, but we all know that will never happen.

But no, woe is Donald, who is now the undisputed commander of the war on Christmas.

Happy holidays, America.

Gavin Newsom Shames Trump For 'Politicizing' Los Angeles Fires In Powerful Clip

After President-elect Donald Trump spread lies about the ongoing Los Angeles wildfires, blaming California Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom for the destruction, Newsom addressed the matter on CNN, telling Anderson Cooper that Trump "wanted to politicize" the disaster even as people flee and lose their lives.

Deadly wildfires in Los Angeles County remain largely uncontained, with officials reporting at least five confirmed fatalities so far. However, on Thursday, authorities admitted, “frankly, we don’t know” the true extent of the death toll. Evacuation orders are currently affecting nearly 180,000 residents, as thousands of homes and buildings have been destroyed.
