David Hogg Just Responded to Laura Ingraham's 'Apology' as Advertisers Continue to Drop Her Show

Fox News host Laura Ingraham sparked a firestorm yesterday after attacking Parkland shooting survivor David Hogg on Twitter:

Hogg's response was to call for a boycott of her show's advertisers:

And so far on Thursday, the boycott threats have caught on with multiple advertisers dropping out including TripAdvisor, Nutrish and Wayfair.

Which led Ingraham to issue Hogg an apology:

"On reflection, in the spirit of Holy Week, I apologize for any upset or hurt my tweet caused him or any of the brave victims of Parkland."

But Hogg is not having it.

He tweeted not long after Ingraham's "apology" that the only way he'll accept it is if she "denounce[s] the way your network has treated my friends and I in this fight."

And he did not back down from his call for boycotts.

People had Hogg's back and it doesn't look like the boycott fight is settling down in the wake of her apology.

Some joined Hogg in shaming Ingraham for her less than sincere apology.

And one Twitter user wondered what would happen once the dust settles:

Trump Accidentally Roasts Himself With Ironic Question About 'Stupid People'

President Donald Trump was widely mocked after he attempted to defend his disastrous tariff strategy to reporters in the Oval Office on Wednesday and issued a rhetorical question about "stupid people" that said more about him than anyone else.

Trump would later declare a full 90-day suspension of all the “reciprocal” tariffs that took effect at midnight April 10—except for those on China—in a dramatic about-face from a president who had long championed his historically high tariff rates as permanent.
