GOP Rep. Epically Shames Right-Wing Host Who Went After Her Looks In Clapback For The Ages

Rep. Nancy Mace shuts down right-wing radio host Stew Peters after he tried to go after her on Twitter for 'cosmetic surgery.'

South Carolina Republican Representative Nancy Mace has gotten plenty of criticism from fellow conservatives for her stance on abortion laws, but now they are coming after her looks.

Real mature.

But, fear not, she isn't having any of it.

The Congresswoman has faced backlash from members of her party because she is in support of exemptions when it comes to abortion bans, especially in cases of rape and incest. Mace herself was raped at the age of 16 and has become an advocate for shifts in abortion laws.

Mace was on a segment of Fox News Sunday this week where she stated her position.

“We need to find a middle ground on this issue, and I have a great pro-life voting record."
"But some of these stances [Republicans] have taken, especially when it comes to rape and incest, protecting the life of the mother - it's so extreme [that] the middle, the independent voters... they cannot support us."

You can watch the clip below.

One pro-life conservative who does not agree with her views that even an abortion to save a mother's life should be legal countered her statements on Twitter writing, "Someone tell @RepNancyMace supporting life is NEVER extreme."

But then - as if going after her uterus wasn't enough - he went after her looks.

He disgustingly quipped:

"(You'd think someone who goes under the knife for cosmetic surgery like she does would be a bit concerned about getting the Joan Rivers treatment.)"

1. Ew.

2. Keep Joan Rivers' name out of your ______ mouth.

But Mace held her own, writing:

"Ahhh yes, if you can't defend your extremism go after a woman's appearance."

She added:

"As a rape victim, I will continue to fight for women who've been raped."
"I'm not OK with executing women who've had abortions, I want women to have access to birth control."
"Let's start there..."

People on social media applauded the congresswoman for standing up for herself and for women everywhere.

Peters hasn't responded to Mace's burn yet... but we're okay with that.

Josh Hutcherson learned the hard way that in 2026, casually admitting you’re not a Taylor Swift fan isn’t a neutral opinion. The Hunger Games star faced Swiftie backlash late last year after revealing he wasn’t a fan of Swift’s music.

The moment came during a video interview with i-D Magazine, when Hutcherson and castmate Jordan Firstman played camera roll roulette and landed on a photo of Hutcherson and his mom in the VIP section at Swift’s Eras Tour stop in New Orleans.
