Piers Morgan Was So Busy Ranting About Meghan Markle He Forgot To Wish His Wife A Happy Birthday

The Fox Nation host admitted his fumble on Twitter after missing giving his wife Celia a public birthday shoutout.

Piers Morgan, well known for his obsession with bashing Meghan Markle, likewise spent much of his Thursday criticizing her by live-tweeting his reactions to the Netflix docuseries Harry & Meghan.

But unlike most days when he devotes his energy to bashing Markle, Thursday happened to be his wife's birthday.

He was so focused on his live-tweeting he neglected to publicly wish his wife, fellow journalist Celia Walden, a happy birthday.

Instead of simply tweeting something like "oops, happy belated birthday to my wife," Morgan instead chose the painfully awkward option.

He posted a series of revealing photos of Walden, along with a baffling caption.

Morgan tweeted what was seemingly an attempt to counter those saying he is obsessed with Markle, but managed to pretty strongly reinforce that image instead.

"All the trolls raging that I only criticise Meghan Markle because I ‘fancied’ her & then got upset when she ghosted me… have reminded me that I forgot to publicly wish my wife Celia a happy birthday yesterday. (And yes, she knows she lucked out….🤣)

Twitter users largely seemed to think Morgan's tweet was bizarre, especially his need to mention Markle even here.

Several people highlighted the weirdness of posting the photos.

Morgan has been highly vocal about his disapproval of both Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

This disapproval has only grown recently, as the couple have spoken out about their treatment as members of the royal family, and seemingly came to a head with the release of Harry & Meghan.

Greenland is an autonomous territory of the Kingdom of Denmark, alongside the Faroe Islands, the only other autonomous territory within the Kingdom. Citizens of both Greenland and the Faroe Islands are full citizens of Denmark. As one of the Overseas Countries and Territories of the European Union, Greenland’s citizens are also recognized as EU citizens.

Karoline Leavitt Dragged After Making Mind-Numbing Claim About Trump's Tariffs Reversal

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt is getting called out after she attempted to justify President Donald Trump's sudden reversal on his proposed tariffs, telling reporters that his actions make sense because he has a master plan to make the world bend the knee.

Trump declared a full 90-day suspension of all the “reciprocal” tariffs that took effect at midnight April 10—except for those on China—in a dramatic about-face from a president who had long championed his historically high tariff rates as permanent.
