Mindy Kaling Responds After Instagram Photos Spark Fan 'Concern' About Her Eating Habits

The former 'The Office' star reassured fans that she did in fact eat despite the photos not showing any actual consumption.

Actor-writer-producer Mindy Kaling responded to critics of her latest Instagram food post.

Last week, Kaling shared photos of pizza, wings, and pasta from Pijja Palace, an Indian-fusion sports bar in Los Angeles.


She captioned it:

"Swipe through many photos of me with delicious @pijjapalace food to earn one photo of me and @ericaflener."

Many fans commented on the amazing fare.

Others, however, commented instead on the lack of consumption documented by the photos.

Kaling responded to her critics quite kindly, appreciating their concern.

She replied:

"I actually think this concern is sweet."
"But I swear this is not my issue."
"But thank you for being kind."

She finished her comment with a heart.
