Balthazar owner Keith McNally said the 'Late Late Show' host will 'say anything to save his bacon' after his recent interview in 'The London Times'.

Never say it's over til it's over.

In the ongoing social-media feud between late-night host James Corden and the owner of popular New York City Balthazar restaurant Keith McNally, another salvo was fired.

Here's what you may have missed:

Corden ate at Balthazar with his family, where he was witnessed yelling and being quite rude to the waitstaff. McNally called him out on it and publically banned Corden from any of his restaurants until Corden issued an apology to two servers.

Corden did so, on his show, and McNally rescinded the ban.

All tied up in a neat bow that didn't do great things for Corden's public image, but he apologized to the staff he abused which is all McNally wanted.

Except, then Corden quickly amended his apology in an interview with the London Times, walking back many of the statements he had made on his show.

Corden minimized his poor behavior then attacked anyone calling him out for his abuse of service industry workers, calling it a non-story, saying it was "beneath all of us."

He said:

"I never screamed at anyone, I didn’t shout, didn’t call anyone a name or swear or use derogatory language…"
"How is it remotely a thing?"
"When that person who posted the story wasn’t even there."

McNally responded with a post on Instagram.

McNally wrote:

"LAST POST ON THIS NON-STORY:"
"I don't want to over-egg the pudding, but in Friday's London Times Corden flip-flopped and told a massive lie AGAIN:"

He quoted Corden's interview:

"'I never screamed at anyone, I didn’t shout, didn’t call anyone a name or swear or use derogatory language… How is it remotely a thing? When that person who posted the story wasn’t even there'."

McNally added:

"On second viewing, I found his TV 'confessional' contrived and phony. The actor will say anything to save his bacon."
"In the scheme of things my opinion means nothing, but after Friday's interview and a second look at his fraudulent confessional, I've given up on James Corden. For Good."
"END OF STORY."

Several people asked if this new development means Corden is banned again.

Others took the opportunity to say they supported McNally's decisions and affirm their dislike of Corden.

Some commenters were just there for the show.

However, a few took the time to let everyone know they were bored by the whole spat.

Sort of like the people who make sure to post "who cares?" constantly.

Someone pointed out it's good McNally is willing to go to bat for his servers, when not many restaurant owners would.

Finally, someone pointed out Corden's banishment from Balthazar or not, he's about to be the London restaurant scene's problem.

As this is a spat that doesn't seem to have an ending, we shall have to see what Corden does in response.

CNN Just Used A Hilarious Poll To Show Just How Unpopular Trump's Ballroom Is—And We're Cackling

After President Donald Trump claimed that his new White House ballroom is "very popular" with the American public, CNN shared a hilariously shady poll that gets to the truth of the matter.

Last year, Trump ordered the demolition of the entire East Wing to make way for a 90,000 square-foot ballroom that will dwarf the size of the White House itself, sparking alarm from historical preservationists and the public alike.

Woman In Labor Times How Long Her Husband Takes To Poop To See If She Can Push Their Baby Out Faster In Hilarious Viral Video

It's well-known across the internet that it takes forever for men to use the restroom. For dads especially, in the time it takes them to poop, when they return to the house, their kids will have aged seven years, and their baby will have learned to walk.

These are jokes, of course, but it's an internet consensus that men spend a really long time on the porcelain throne.

In early 2024, 49-year-old Antonia Eastwood married Ashley Monk after about five months of dating. During the ceremony, Antonia tripped while walking down the aisle.

Antonia and Ashley were both suspicious that she did not trip accidentally and that Ashley's sister, Gemma, actually tripped her. Gemma and Antonia were not close, and the couple also believed that Gemma might be jealous that they were marrying after five months, though she'd been with her childhood sweetheart for 20 years without tying the knot.
