Actress Lynda Carter, best known as the star of the 1970s live-action television series Wonder Woman, roasted former Republican President Donald Trump following his announcement the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) raided his Mar-a-Lago estate and "even broke into my safe!"

Why the FBI raided Trump's home is still murky, though The New York Times reported the search was related to classified documents Trump brought with him to Mar-a-Lago after leaving the White House.

Writing on Twitter, Carter evoked the "Florida man" meme that refers to an alleged prevalence of male persons performing irrational or absurd actions in the state of Florida.

And in response to the news of the raid, Carter crafted a headline to remind Trump "Laws Apply to Him, Too."

You can see her tweet below.

Carter's tweet quickly went viral and it's safe to say many Twitter users felt it was a slam dunk.

Carter has been consistently praised for her progressive advocacy, often speaking out on matters related to women's rights, LGBTQ+ rights and gun control.

Earlier this month, Carter was cheered by her fans after she issued a strong and spirited defense of the rights of transgender people, who have been the subject of increased attacks by conservative legislatures around the United States.

Writing on Twitter, Carter said that she "cannot think of anything that helps women’s rights less than pinning the blame on trans women," adding that the community faces "so much violence and scrutiny as is."

Carter urged her readers to leave transgender people "alone and focus on the real war on women" that is "happening in the courts and legislatures around this country."

Last month, she made headlines after she called out the right-wing conspiracy website Breitbart after it criticized Dallas Buyers Club actor Matthew McConaughey for using guns in his films. McConaughey—a gun owner with somewhat libertarian views—has been vocal about the need for comprehensive gun control in response to the mass shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas where he was born and raised.

Carter responded to Breitbart's "story" with a simple observation of her time starring on Wonder Woman, noting her character on that show "flew an invisible plane" but she nonetheless "supports abiding by the laws of air traffic and physics."

On his Substack Wednesday, former South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg wrote about why he decided to enter the "manosphere" and sit down with the hosts of the Flagrant podcast.

The manosphere is defined as a "varied collection of websites, blogs, podcasts, and online forums by men and for men often promoting masculinity, misogyny, and opposition to feminism. Communities within it include men's rights activists, incels, Men Going Their Own Way, pick-up artists, and fathers' rights groups."

Sarah Michelle Gellar? More like "Sarah Dead Gellar."

At least that’s what the iconic scream queen told director and best friend Jennier Kaytin Robinson when she tried to pitch all the ways to bring back Helen Shivers’ frozen corpse to life for the I Know What You Did Last Summer reboot.

Hegseth Dragged After Report Reveals He Demanded His Own Makeup Studio At Pentagon

Hating drag queens and insisting on traditional gender roles is a Republican article of faith at this point.
