Actress Lynda Carter, best known as the star of the 1970s live-action television series Wonder Woman, roasted former Republican President Donald Trump following his announcement the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) raided his Mar-a-Lago estate and "even broke into my safe!"

Why the FBI raided Trump's home is still murky, though The New York Times reported the search was related to classified documents Trump brought with him to Mar-a-Lago after leaving the White House.

Writing on Twitter, Carter evoked the "Florida man" meme that refers to an alleged prevalence of male persons performing irrational or absurd actions in the state of Florida.

And in response to the news of the raid, Carter crafted a headline to remind Trump "Laws Apply to Him, Too."

You can see her tweet below.

Carter's tweet quickly went viral and it's safe to say many Twitter users felt it was a slam dunk.

Carter has been consistently praised for her progressive advocacy, often speaking out on matters related to women's rights, LGBTQ+ rights and gun control.

Earlier this month, Carter was cheered by her fans after she issued a strong and spirited defense of the rights of transgender people, who have been the subject of increased attacks by conservative legislatures around the United States.

Writing on Twitter, Carter said that she "cannot think of anything that helps women’s rights less than pinning the blame on trans women," adding that the community faces "so much violence and scrutiny as is."

Carter urged her readers to leave transgender people "alone and focus on the real war on women" that is "happening in the courts and legislatures around this country."

Last month, she made headlines after she called out the right-wing conspiracy website Breitbart after it criticized Dallas Buyers Club actor Matthew McConaughey for using guns in his films. McConaughey—a gun owner with somewhat libertarian views—has been vocal about the need for comprehensive gun control in response to the mass shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas where he was born and raised.

Carter responded to Breitbart's "story" with a simple observation of her time starring on Wonder Woman, noting her character on that show "flew an invisible plane" but she nonetheless "supports abiding by the laws of air traffic and physics."

Former Reality Star Fired From New Show After Going On Racist Tirade About Bad Bunny's Halftime Show

Real Housewives OG Jill Zarin may need to add “fired again” to her Bravo résumé after production axed her from the upcoming E! reality docuseries The Golden Life, which stars fellow RHONY originals Luann de Lesseps, Ramona Singer, Kelly Bensimon, and Sonja Morgan.

Zarin appeared on The Real Housewives of New York from 2008 to 2011, quickly branding herself the group’s truth-teller, a role that often blurred into pot-stirrer, grudge-holder, and reunion-stage detonator.

Trump Dragged After Getting Yet Another Meaningless Award To Placate His Fragile Ego

Yet another group has taken advantage of one of the thinnest-skinned individual's fragile ego to manipulate the current President of the United States.

Joining politicians, foreign nations, foreign billionaires, corporations, and international organizations, the coal industry created a new shiny trinket for MAGA Republican President Donald Trump. On Wednesday, they awarded Trump the completely-not-made-up-just-to-appease-the-POTUS "Undisputed Champion of Beautiful Clean Coal" award.

Zelenksyy Slams Olympics For Disqualifying Ukrainian Athlete Over Helmet Honoring Athletes Killed In War

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke out after the International Olympic Committee (IOC) disqualified Ukrainian skeleton racer Vladyslav Heraskevych for insisting on wearing a helmet painted with the faces of Ukrainian athletes killed by Russia since its 2022 invasion.

Yesterday, the IOC announced that Heraskevych would be barred from competing in that day’s skeleton events in Cortina, citing his refusal to abide by the IOC’s "guidelines on athlete expression." IOC President Kirsty Coventry personally weighed in on the ruling to sideline Heraskevych, saying she "felt it was really important to come and talk to him face-to-face."

Mark Kelly Speaks Out In Blistering Video After Judge Rules Pete Hegseth Violated Constitution By Trying To Punish Him

Arizona Democratic Senator Mark Kelly spoke out in a video on social media after a federal judge ruled that Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth violated the U.S. Constitution by attempting to retaliate against Kelly for urging U.S. service members to refuse illegal orders.

Hegseth previously sparked outrage after announcing an investigation into Kelly—a former U.S. Navy captain and astronaut—for "serious allegations of misconduct" after Kelly joined five other members of Congress in a video reminding U.S. military members that they took an oath to obey the U.S. Constitution and can disobey illegal orders.
