The long-running animated comedy took aim at the singer's body positivity movement in their new Paramout+ special 'South Park: The End of Obesity'—and Lizzo was visibly shocked.

The animated adult comedy sitcom South Park is notorious for brazenly roasting public figures and celebrities.

So when Detroit rapper Lizzo caught wind that the cartoon referenced her in a recent "exclusive event" episode to rib the body positivity role model, she braced herself.

The four-time Grammy winner filmed a TikTokreaction video and told viewers before watching the episode:

“My worst fear has been actualized."
"I’ve been referenced in a ‘South Park’ episode. I’m so scared.”

She queued the segment and juxtaposed herself alongside the episode playing in real time on the top portion of the screen.

South Park: The End Of Obesity took aim at the popularity of Ozempic, the weekly diabetes injection drug that includes weight loss as a side effect.

The clip starts like a commercial for an affordable alternative to expensive drugs like Ozempic or Mounjaro, a similar prescription drug.

Stan's mother Sharon tells Kyle's mother Sheila about not having the same willpower as her husband Randy for keeping the weight off.

When Sheila suggests using drugs like Ozempic or Mounjaro, Sharon says she can't afford them as insurance only foots the bill for people who have diabetes.

"Well then if you can't afford them, how are you managing your weight?" asks Sheila.

Sharon responds:

"Don't you know Sheila? Now there's a whole new obesity drug for those who can't afford Ozempic or Mounjaro."

"I controlled all my cravings to be thinner with Lizzo," says Sheila, as she holds a box containing the once-weekly diet suppressor named after the "Truth Hurts" singer.

"Lizzo" purports to make consumers who use it "feel good" about their weight and not care what people think by lowering their standards and expectations.

Lizzo's jaw dropped as she watched the clip accompanied by a jingle for the fake drug.

“That’s crazy,” the singer told TikTokers, adding:

“I just feel like, ‘Damn. I’m really that b*tch.’ I’m really that b*tch."
"I really showed the world how to love yourself and not give a f*ck to the point where these men in Colorado know who the f*ck I am."
"And put it on their cartoon, that’s been around for twenty-five years. I’m really that b*tch."
"And I showed y’all how to not give a f'k and I’m going to keep showing y’all not to give a f'k.”

The TikTok clip ended with her singing the "Lizzo" jingle.

Fans thought she achieved another career milestone with the South Park episode.

Citizens of both Greenland and the Faroe Islands are full citizens of Denmark. As one of the Overseas Countries and Territories of the European Union, Greenland’s citizens are also recognized as EU citizens.

Trump declared a full 90-day suspension of all the “reciprocal” tariffs that took effect at midnight April 10—except for those on China—in a dramatic about-face from a president who had long championed his historically high tariff rates as permanent.
