Lizzo Just Put Body Shamers On Blast With An Epic TikTok Video—And Fans Are Here For It

Beloved musician and force of nature Lizzo has once again taken to social media and won the entire internet with another brilliant video full of no-nonsense self-love.

She recently posted an epic read of body shamers on TikTok that has fans cheering for more and basking in her empowering glow.

The video is as inspiring and full of radical self-acceptance as it is unsparing in its kiss-offs to any and everyone who has opinions about what so-called "health and wellness" looks like.

Over a montage of herself working out and modeling swimsuits and lingerie, Lizzo gives a pointed voiceover update on what's been on her mind lately.

As we see images of her working out hard and flaunting her beauty even harder, Lizzo tells us:

"I've been working out consistently for the past five years and it may come as a surprise to some of y'all that I'm not working out to have your ideal body type, I'm working out to have my ideal body type."
"And you know what type that is? None of your f***ing business. Because I am beautiful, I am strong, I do my job and I stay on my job."

Pretty hard to argue with that.

Lizzo continues with a fierce message for any would-be body-shamers whose eyes might be on her.

"So next time you want to come to somebody and judge them... how about you look at your own fuc*ing self, and worry about your own got-da*n body."

Let 'em know, Lizzo.

And just to make absolutely sure we've gotten the point, Lizzo closes with some advice for any judgmental sorts still lurking in the shadows.

"...health is also what happens on the inside, and a lot of y'all need to do a fuc*ing cleanse for your insides. Namaste, have a great day."

Consider yourselves on notice, body-shamers.

On Twitter, fans simply couldn't get enough of Lizzo's take-no-prisoners attitude and self-acceptance.

So there you have it.

Lizzo wins the internet today and tomorrow and next week and forever and ever, amen.
