Artists evolve.

Long-standing artists like Michael Jackson, Cher, David Bowie, Elton John, Madonna, etc... evolve so radically—either in sound, look, persona or sometimes all three—that we can break their long careers down into "eras."

Moment of honesty, though, couldn't that really be said for most of us? Life happens, we evolve.

One Lady Gaga fan isn't too happy about the artist's evolution and told her as much in the comments of a recent Instagram post.

Lady Gaga actually responded and it was kind of brilliant.

Things started way back in 2010 when Lady Gaga had just won her very first Grammy—she's up to 13 now—and someone snapped a candid picture of her emotional reaction. The shot was taken while she was getting ready, so she's still in a robe and her hair is still clipped.

Three days ago, she re-posted the old image with the caption:

"Me after the first Grammy I ever won. Still hits my heart like that."

The post got tons of love.

One comment evidently stood out enough that Gaga felt the need to respond.

Like we said before, not everyone is thrilled with the artist's evolution.

The fan wrote:

"I miss the person in the picture so much."

Meat-Dress Gaga might have snapped back at the fan.

Artpop Gaga might have done an interpretive dance or painted about it.

Joanne Gaga may have just tipped her hat and sauntered away.

This is not any of those Gagas. The Gaga we are dealing with lately is a smarter, more elegant, more composed and mature Gaga.

So she turned it into a marketing opportunity and promoted her new tour.

Gaga responded:

"I'm still here. see you at #TheChromaticaBall."

Mother Monster's fans loved her response.

Lady Gaga also reflected on her career in a post celebrating her 13th Grammy.

And that folks, is evolution in artistry in action.

CNN Just Used A Hilarious Poll To Show Just How Unpopular Trump's Ballroom Is—And We're Cackling

After President Donald Trump claimed that his new White House ballroom is "very popular" with the American public, CNN shared a hilariously shady poll that gets to the truth of the matter.

Last year, Trump ordered the demolition of the entire East Wing to make way for a 90,000 square-foot ballroom that will dwarf the size of the White House itself, sparking alarm from historical preservationists and the public alike.

Woman In Labor Times How Long Her Husband Takes To Poop To See If She Can Push Their Baby Out Faster In Hilarious Viral Video

It's well-known across the internet that it takes forever for men to use the restroom. For dads especially, in the time it takes them to poop, when they return to the house, their kids will have aged seven years, and their baby will have learned to walk.

These are jokes, of course, but it's an internet consensus that men spend a really long time on the porcelain throne.

In early 2024, 49-year-old Antonia Eastwood married Ashley Monk after about five months of dating. During the ceremony, Antonia tripped while walking down the aisle.

Antonia and Ashley were both suspicious that she did not trip accidentally and that Ashley's sister, Gemma, actually tripped her. Gemma and Antonia were not close, and the couple also believed that Gemma might be jealous that they were marrying after five months, though she'd been with her childhood sweetheart for 20 years without tying the knot.
