Kirsten Dunst Shares The Perfect Photo Of Her Son Who Has 'No Clue' She Was In 'Spider-Man'

The actor, who starred as Mary Jane in the original trilogy of Spider-Man films alongside Tobey Maguire, posted a photo of her none-the-wiser son holding a Spider-Man umbrella on Instagram.

It's got to be a wild experience to grow up as the child of a celebrity, but Kirsten Dunst's son seems mostly in the dark, for now, about who his iconic mom is.

Dunst recently posted an adorable photo to Instagram of her and husband Jesse Plemons' 2-year-old little boy, James, out and about with his favorite umbrella—emblazoned with Spider-Man.

Dunst, of course, played the female lead of Mary Jane in the original trilogy of Spider-Man films with Tobey Maguire. But to little James, she's just mama and, as Dunst revealed in her caption, he has no idea what the connection is between her and his umbrella.

Her caption read:

"Has no clue his mom was MJ"

"MJ," of course, is a reference to her character Mary Jane, which James will likely find out soon enough!

But for now, Dunst and Plemons are mostly very private when it comes to their sons.

The pair met in 2015 on the set of FX's Fargo and got engaged in 2016. They welcomed five-year-old son Ennis in 2018 and James in 2021. Dunst and Plemons finally tied the knot in a small ceremony last summer at a resort in Jamaica.

The couple rarely post photos of either of their boys on social media, and it appears as though this post might be the first time James has graced his mom's Instagram grid in his entire life. But some photos are just too cute to keep private!

And people on Instagram were definitely feeling the love when it came to little James' beloved Spider-Man umbrella.

No doubt little James will soon be his mom's biggest fan.
