Bynes was supposed to be part of a panel at '90s Con with her 'All That' co-star Mitchell before she canceled and was found wandering the streets naked over the weekend after a 'psychotic episode.'

The cast of the '90s kids comedy sketch show All That came together at the second annual '90s Con in Connecticut over the weekend, but with a very noticeable substitution.

The panel at the event was slated to consist of alums Kel Mitchell, Danny Tamberelli and Lori Beth Denberg. In January, it was announced that Amanda Bynes would appear as a special guest.

But a different All That alum, Kenan Thompson, took Bynes' place on Saturday.

When the former cast took the stage, Bynes' absence was briefly discussed. Mitchell urged the crowd to "send a prayer" to Bynes.

TMZreported Bynes was found naked and alone on the streets of downtown Los Angeles early Sunday morning. Bynes reportedly waved down a car and told the driver she was coming down from a psychotic episode, then called 911.

TMZ's law enforcement sources revealed that a mental health team at a nearby police station deemed a 5150 psych hold necessary.

Concerned fans on Twitter seconded Mitchell's notion and also sent their well wishes for the She's the Man star.

A source close to Bynes told TMZ that she is still hospitalized and that a psychiatric hold typically lasts 72 hours unless it needs to be extended.

Bynes took a break from acting after rocketing to fame with her performances in What a Girl Wants, Hairspray and She's the Man. One of her last roles was in Easy A, which was released in 2010.

In 2013 Bynes, who was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, was placed under a court conservatorship through which her parents had control of her personal and financial decisions. The conservatorship ended just a year ago in March 2022.
