Keke Palmer Welcomes Baby Boy In Frazzled But Joyous Instagram Post—And Fans Are Thrilled

The 'Nope' star recently gave birth to her first child, son Leodis Andrellton Jackson, with boyfriend Darius Jackson.

Keke Palmer is a mom.

The Nope star recently gave birth to her first child and took to Instagram to share some joyous moments from her first two days of being a mother.


Back in December, Palmer "set the record straight" on those pesky pregnancy rumors on SNL during her monologue.

And in late January, Palmer revealed on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon she was expecting a baby boy.

Now, barely a month later, she and boyfriend Darius Jackson have their bundle of joy, a baby boy named Leodis Andrellton Jackson.

In her Instagram announcement, Palmer shared six photos and videos, describing each in the caption.

She began with, "Hey Son!!!!" before breaking down each slide in the carousel.

The first picture was described as, "Only 48hrs of being parents! 😳"

She added:

"'I'm not hiding the world from my son, I'm hiding my son from the world.' Hahaha"

But then revealed:

"I'm just playing, my baby face in on this slide [5]."

Palmer finished her post:

"Born during Black History Month, with a name to match 😄!"
"LEODIS ANDRELLTON JACKSON, welcome to the world baby Leo."

Friends, fans, family and fellow celebrities showered the new mother with congratulations and well wishes and welcomed her to a whole new world of motherhood.
