Former President Donald Trump's ex-White House press secretary, Kayleigh McEnany, is getting blasted online for recent comments during an appearance on the conservative Fox News network.
McEnany was criticizing President Joe Biden's response to Russian President Vladimir Putin's recent invasion of Ukraine, accusing Biden of being too slow to provide Ukraine with military aid.

McEnany said on Fox's Outnumbered:
"Delay seems to be the modus operandi for this administration. Case in point, we're an hour and a half from the time at which the speech responding to [Ukrainian President Volodymyr] Zelenskyy was supposed to happen. Delay in response, delay in sanctions, delay in sending the [MiG fighter jets], delay in everything, and it just makes you wonder why we're supposed to be the leaders on the world stage."
How quickly she forgot.
Former President Donald Trump's first impeachment inquiry began in 2019, when the House began an investigation into a phone call between Trump and Ukrainian President Zelenskyy. Just days after Trump directed an appointee of his at the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to freeze congressionally approved military aid to Ukraine, Trump urged Zelenskyy to open up an investigation into then-candidate Joe Biden and into debunked conspiracies about a Crowdstrike server.
The military aid was withheld for more than two months, and Acting U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine William Taylor testified that he received "desperate" calls from Ukrainian officials about its status. It wasn't until Politico published an article about the suspicious stall in funding that the aid was finally released.
McEnany may be forgetting (or willfully ignoring) Trump's record, but social media users aren't, and they're constantly reminding Republicans who make the same talking points as McEnany.
Have you forgot that Trump blackmailed and withheld that aid from Ukraine giving his boss Putin a free run at them - because they refused to lie for him?

Remember when Trump illegally withheld $400 million in military aid to Ukraine in order to pressure Zelensky to investigate Hunter Biden and then was impeached for it? I know it’s been a whirlwind 3 years, but yeah, I almost forgot about it too. Seems kinda relevant these days.

In 2020 52 of 53 Republican senators affirmed Trump’s right to blackmail Zelensky, withholding military aid (necessary to defend Ukraine from Russia) in exchange for disinformation against Biden. If you forgot (or never got context) that was what Trump’s 1st impeachment was about

You voted to acquit Trump for illegally obstructing the delivery of weapons to Ukraine. Do you think we forgot? https://t.co/RCyOPRtW2u

Wasn't long ago these Trump Republicans were cheerleading Putin & condemning Ukraine many still are. Now they are advocating for EXACTLY what @POTUS @JoeBiden is doing. Trump spent 4yrs strengthening Russia at the expense of the free world. Do they think we forgot? @Boogeyman781 https://t.co/BlEKakqmO5

And they've slammed McEnany's most recent Fox appearance.
The contempt for America is displayed in their bullheaded need to lie rather than admit wrongdoing and join the American effort. But they are the center of their universe.

Following Zelenskyy's speech, Biden announced $800 million in new military aid to Ukraine.
