The singer shared a video on Instagram of her reaction to finding out she's pregnant with her fourth child just a few weeks after adopting her third child.

Singer Joss Stone received the surprise of her life after discovering she's pregnant with her fourth child just a few weeks after adopting her third child.

Stone revealed the news in an Instagram post on December 19 titled "The one where mummy finds out." The post shows her holding up a positive pregnancy test, her mouth wide open in shock and excitement, with her arms raised triumphantly above her head.

She captioned the post:

"Honestly. Shocked was an understatement 😂 nothing and no one can take our joy now. We are so chuffed !!!! Maybe we should call the ‘less is more tour the preggo tour 😆 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️"

You can see her video below.

Many congratulated her—and were similarly surprised.

The pregnancy announcement came just weeks after Stone revealed that she and her husband, Cody DaLuz, had welcomed their third child—a son named Bear—through adoption. The couple, who tied the knot in 2022, are also parents to 3-year-old daughter Violet and 2-year-old son Shackleton.

Stone has also been open about her desire to adopt children, telling People last month:

"We've had it in our dreams for such a long time and we've been trying to adopt for over a year and a half. And we've had some adoptions fall through. We've had moments where we were chosen, but we couldn't get there in time. There's been lots of things that have happened, and you start to feel like it's not going to happen."

Stone has previously spoken about her struggles with fertility, revealing that she suffered a miscarriage before she became pregnant and gave birth to Shackleton. Stone said that the experience "was really horrible because it was my baby, and I know that a lot of women go through that. It was just hard."

Republicans Slammed For Soulless One-Word Response To Democrats' Trans Day Of Visibility Tweet

According to research by the Williams Institute at UCLA School of Law, transgender people in the United States were over four times more likely than cisgender people to be victims of violent crime based on statistics from 2017-2018. A study by the non-profit Everytown for Gun Safety found the number of trans people murdered in the U.S. nearly doubled between 2017and 2021.

In the last 5–9 years, those figures have only increased as the Republican Party has made trans people the target of many of their political campaigns and legislative actions.
