Far-Right Author Roasted After Trying To Lecture The Pope About How Christianity Works

Jordan Peterson felt the need to correct Pope Francis for tweeting about fighting for social justice.

Every aggrieved white guy's favorite pseudo-intellectual, trans-obsessed right-wing ideologue Dr. Jordan Peterson has topped even himself with his latest diatribe.

The Canadian psychologist's latest homily was an in-depth explanation of the ins and outs of Christianity--not directed at laymen like you and me, but rather directed at His Holiness Pope Francis.

Like most conservatives nowadays, Peterson has a real problem--nay, a religious objection--to the notion that Christians have a responsibility to help the marginalized and poor. You know, like Jesus Christ literally told them to in the literal Bible full of his literal teachings?

So when Pope Francis recently tweeted a directive to Christians everywhere to help the less fortunate, Peterson had plenty to say, none of it remotely sensical or for that matter Biblical.

It all began with Pope Francis' tweet seen below.

The Pope tweeted:

"#Socialjustice demands that we fight against the causes of poverty: inequality and the lack of labour, land, and lodging; against those who deny social and labour rights; and against the culture that leads to taking away the dignity of others."

Which is pretty much exactly what Jesus Christ, as well as his later devotees who wrote most of the Bible, said to do over and over and over again.

But like most modern conservative Christians Jordan Peterson vehemently disagrees, so he quote-tweeted the Pope to let him know his understanding of Christianity is all wrong.

Peterson tweeted at the Pope:

"There is nothing Christian about #SocialJustice . Redemptive salvation is a matter of the individual soul."

Okay then, but that's literally not what Jesus Christ said, Dr. Peterson.

Aside from one of the cornerstones of Christianity being the idea that "faith without works is dead" as written in the Bible's Book of James, Christ himself put an even finer point on it in Luke Chapter 14 verses 12-14:

“When you give a dinner or a banquet, do not invite your friends or your brothers or your relatives or rich neighbors.."
"But when you give a feast, invite the poor, the crippled, the lame, the blind, and you will be blessed, because they cannot repay you."
"For you will be repaid at the resurrection of the just.”

That last line sure makes it sound an awful lot like the "redemptive salvation" about which Peterson tweeted at the Pope is directly tied to helping the less fortunate and marginalized.

Funny what you find when you simply Google what Jesus said about a thing.

Anyway, as you might expect, people online were pretty staggered by Dr. Peterson's temerity, not to mention his fundamental ignorance about his own faith.

Funny how all these modern conservative Christians never seem to have ever read a word of what the man they worship said, isn't? Makes you think!

Woman Says What We're All Thinking About Trump Deploying ICE To Airports In Blistering Interview

A woman interviewed at Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey has gone viral for her response to reporters who asked for her thoughts about President Donald Trump's announcement that he would deploy ICE agents to U.S. airports amid a partial government shutdown that has caused exceptionally long delays at TSA lines nationwide.

ICE agents are still getting paid during the shutdown, unlike TSA agents, who are currently working unpaid and struggling amid the affordability crisis. News outlets have confirmed ICE agents have been deployed in airports that serve Democratic strongholds, particularly John F. Kennedy and LaGuardia Airports (New York), O'Hare International Airport (Chicago), and others.

Stephen Miller Caught On Camera Letting Out Heavy Sigh As Trump Tries To Justify Iran War

White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller was caught on camera letting out a heavy sigh as President Donald Trump spoke at a Memphis Safe Task Force roundtable in Tennessee about his ever-changing justifications for going to war with Iran.

A WSMV 4 Nashville broadcast showed Miller briefly turning his head and letting out a sigh as Trump described Iran’s missile capabilities as “growing so fast” that the U.S. needed to act before it became “virtually impossible to stop them.” Miller then composed himself and faced forward again toward the president, who was seated at center stage.

Video Of ICE Detaining Sobbing Mom At San Francisco Airport As Her Young Daughter Watched Has People Seeing Red

MAGA Republican President Donald Trump's administration is coming under fire again over White nationalist White House advisor Stephen Miller's immigration guidance.

Campaigning on a promise to deport violent criminals, the Trump administration has instead become the violent (often masked) aggressors that Americans fear. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) employees have repeatedly targeted individuals without warrants or just cause based solely on racial profiling, denied people's constitutional rights, and killed people in their detention centers and on the streets with impunity.
