Full House actor John Stamos opened up about a heartbreaking final text message he received from the late musician, Taylor Hawkins, who was the drummer for the band Foo Fighters.

Hawkins and his multiple Grammy Award-winning bandmates were on tour in Colombia. They were scheduled to perform at the Festival Estéreo Picnic when he unexpectedly died on Friday.

He was 50.

On Twitter, Stamos recalled Hawkins reached out to him in a text expressing he wanted to meet again "before we die."

He wrote:

"This was Taylor Hawkins' last text to me: 'Ya We’ve yet to fully have a hang -Got a put that sh*t together before we die' Wise words from my friend- put that sh*t together!"

Stamos–who had been grieving over the untimely death of close friend and Full House co-star Bob Saget on January 9–added:

"I'm so f'king sad. Another one gone too soon."

His tweet reminded people to think twice about procrastinating with friends and loved ones.

People offered their sympathies to the actor in mourning.

According to a statement from Bogotá's secretary of health, emergency responders received a report that Hawkins was experiencing chest pains at a hotel.

The statement added a private health provider was tending to the musician, but efforts to resuscitate him were unsuccessful.

Hawkins had previously been a touring drummer for Sass Jordan and Alanis Morissette before joining Foo Fighters in 1997–three years after the Seattle-based band was founded by frontman and former Nirvana drummer, Dave Grohl.

Last year, the Foo Fighters were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in the band's first year of eligibility.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt is getting called out after she attempted to justify President Donald Trump's sudden reversal on his proposed tariffs, telling reporters that his actions make sense because he has a master plan to make the world bend the knee.

Trump declared a full 90-day suspension of all the “reciprocal” tariffs that took effect at midnight April 10—except for those on China—in a dramatic about-face from a president who had long championed his historically high tariff rates as permanent.
