Two-time Oscar nominee Jessica Chastain used TikTok to remind fans she and fellow actress Bryce Dallas Howard are not the same people.

On Wednesday, Chastain shared how she really felt about being mistaken for Howard by lip-syncing to the lyrics of "Sick of It" created by KingDiaaa2.

Chastain wrote, "When you spend 20 years building a career and they still think you work at Jurassic Park,"—referring to Howard's work in the two Jurassic World films, Jurassic World and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.

This isn’t the parent trap y’all

At the beginning of the clip, Chastain appeared contemplative before looking directly at the camera and mouthing the words to the audio clip, which were:

"I'm f'king sick of it. I'm f'king sick of it. I'm f'king sick of it. Ugh."

As the music switched to an upbeat jig, she broke out into a smile and bounced her head from side to side to assure fans her venting was in good fun.

The caption for the video read:

"This isn't the parent trap y'all."

Fans teased her by implying they "got the message" loud and clear and continued complimenting her work in roles played by other actresses like Emma Stone, Amy Adams, and Kirsten Dunst, to name a few.

Chastain commented on her likeness with Howard in a 2019 interview with the Associated Press.

"Before my career took off, I remember one time I was on the subway, I was looking at a magazine. And there was a picture in it of her [Howard] and I was like, 'what am I doing in this magazine?' I actually had that thought."

When she and Howard went to the table read for The Help – in which they both co-starred in 2011 – Chastain grabbed Howard's hand and went to the mirror to see just how identical they looked.

"We went to the mirror and looked at our faces and went, 'Yeah, we look exactly alike,'" said Chastain.

Chastain also recalled the time Howard's father – film director Ron Howard – confused her for his own daughter while visiting an Apple Store.

She said:

"I was walking by and I was like, 'That's Ron Howard.' Then my friend was with me [and] he said [Ron] turned to someone and said, 'I think I just saw Bryce.' We look so much alike."

Chastain later told ET Howard's father was "shook" after the mistaken sighting.

"At first he was like, 'You really look so much alike.' And I mean, obviously, I'm incredibly flattered, so it's great."
"Although something is wrong when people stop mistaking me for her. I'll be like, 'Gotta get it together.' I mean, but we do resemble one another. I love it."

Chastain's clip received over 430K likes on the video-sharing app.

TikTokers and fans of both actresses are eagerly anticipating Howard to stitch Chastain's video with a reaction video.

Democratic Rep. Says What We're All Thinking About Trump's 'Beyond Insane' Cabinet Picks

Democratic Massachusetts Representative Jim McGovern gave his blunt assessment of President-elect Donald Trump's bizarre Cabinet picks thus far, calling them "beyond insane."

With Trump recently having picked Matt Gaetz (who faces sex trafficking accusations) for attorney general, Tulsi Gabbard (who has ignited concerns due to her ties to Russia) for director of national intelligence, and Pete Hegseth (a Fox News host accused of sexual assault) for secretary of defense, and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (an antivaxxer and conspiracy theorist) for secretary of health and human services, Senate Republicans are very much divided on confirming them.
