Jason Selvig of the comedy duo "The Good Liars" approached a man at the Conservative Political Action Conference who was wearing what appeared to be an ICE uniform, only to find out it was a costume.

MAGA critics condemned one Trump supporter who spoke to Jason Selvig of the comedy duo "The Good Liars" at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) and gloated about the reason he wore what appeared to be a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) uniform at the event.

When Selvig asked whether the man was an ICE officer, the man replied "No" and bragged about his "hilarious" reason for wearing the uniform to the event:

"Yeah, if you want some entertainment, wear this and go to a Home Depot in a sanctuary city. And you’ll see all the illegals — not all of them — but you can maybe see a lot of them start to run away. And you feel like a group fitness instructor. It’s really good.”

A visibly incredulous Selvig asked:

“And you actually think that’s funny?”

To which the man replied:

“I think it’s hilarious. Absolutely. What’s not funny is them illegally —”

But Selvig had had enough, choosing to walk away before turning to the camera and saying:

“There you have it, everybody! One of the worst people I’ve seen here at CPAC. And that’s saying something.”

You can watch what happened in the video below.

Many were horrified—and condemned the MAGA fan immediately.

The Good Liars have previously showcased what can only be described as an alternate reality of sorts among Trump supporters that highlights the strength of Trump's cult of personality, with CPAC being no exception.

For instance, in 2022, social media users were left dumbfounded after one of Trump's ardent supporters insisted then-President Joe Biden is in fact dead and the imposter is actually just actor Jim Carrey in a mask.

The woman, who wore a T-shirt bearing an animated likeness of Trump, claimed "the person that’s doing the stand-up job of trying to wake people up, is an actor wearing a mask."

She said she believes "there are several different people playing Joe Biden at this point." The woman then referenced a moment last year when Biden fell three times walking up the stairs of Air Force One, saying she thinks "that was Jim Carrey," who was “being silly by falling up the stairs three different times."

Conspiracy Theories That Seem Believable The More You Look Into Them
