Democratic Rep. Jasmine Crockett didn't hold back after 'The Breakfast Club' podcast host Charlamagne tha God asked her why she'd previously called Republicans 'a**holes.'

Texas Democratic Representative Jasmine Crockett did not hold back with her criticism of several GOP figures during an interview on The Breakfast Club podcast, slamming what she referred to as “nonsense Republicans.”

In a candid conversation with host Charlamagne tha God, Crockett reiterated her previous labeling of Republicans as “a**holes,” standing by her statement with a laugh.

She pointed to the House Oversight Committee, where she serves, as a center for contentious drama, singling out members like Georgia's Marjorie Taylor Greene, Colorado's Lauren Boebert, Arizona's Paul Gosar, and Ohio's Jim Jordan as part of the Republican contingent she deems problematic.

Highlighting the irony of their posturing, Crockett expressed disdain for their frequent loud rhetoric, particularly their accusations against the Biden administration.

Crockett said:

“Cause they are [a**holes], what do you mean?"
“This is where the impeachment inquiry is, and it’s insulting that we have idiots like Marjorie Taylor Greene, Lauren Boebert, Paul Gosar, Jim Jordan. You just name all of the nonsense Republicans, and they sit on this committee, and they sit there so high and mighty."
"And they talk noise constantly, and they’re like, ‘Oh, the Biden crime family.’ And I’m like, ‘I’m sorry. Have you met the Trumps?'"
“Like, who is it that’s in court like every day or every other day with something, whether it’s the fraudulent businesses that he’s run or whether it’s his criminal issues on the state level, on the federal level. And you’re trying to make something out of nothing? Is this what we’re doing?”

Charlamagne brought up Hunter Biden's recent indictment on tax and firearms charges, prompting Crockett, a former criminal defense attorney, to differentiate between Hunter Biden's legal situation and the elevated roles held by members of the Trump family within the White House during Trump's term.

Addressing the discrepancy in the treatment of political figures, Crockett emphasized that many parents "would be in jail" if they were judged by the same standard that Republicans aim to apply to President Biden.

Many concurred with her remarks.

Crockett previously made headlines for fearlessly addressing Republican hypocrisy and claims of voter fraud, calling out GOP lawmakers and emphasizing the need to focus on the real issues affecting democracy.

She went viral after she observed that "we haven’t had half as many hearings about guns as we’ve had on voting rights, and every time we seemingly have a hearing on voting rights, we’re talking about the fact that people are cheating, so let’s talk about who’s cheating."

She also earned plaudits for her response to Boebert during a House Oversight Committee hearing after Boebert antagonized a New York University law professor while discussing government regulations.

Crockett apologized to the witness, saying "let me do what [Boebert] would never do, which is to be an adult in this room or in this chamber."
