On Tuesday, Jamie Lee Curtis joined Jimmy Kimmel on Jimmy Kimmel Live! to discuss her upcoming movie Halloween Ends, which is said to be the final installment of the H40 trilogy following 2021's Halloween Kills.

Curtis has played main protagonist/heroine Laurie Strode in the franchise since the first film released in 1978.

The Golden Globe winning actress—introduced by Kimmel as the "major motion picture star and yogurt icon who has relentlessly been menaced by the same mass lunatic for more than 40 years now"—vowed to Kimmel that this would be her final Halloween movie.

Seemingly unconvinced, Kimmel presented Curtis with a contract to seal the deal.

The contract read:

"I declare this is my last Halloweenmovie."
"I, Jamie Lee Curtis, Queen of scream, daughter of Janet Leigh and Tony Curtis, mother of Lindsay Lohan."
"Hereby sweareth, under penalty of perjury, that Halloween Ends (2022) will be the last Halloween movie I will ever appear in."
"For all time, for all sequels and multiverses, enforceable by the Police Department of Haddonfield, Illinois."
"May God have mercy on us all."
"Baba Booey."

Curtis joked she should call her lawyer first before very willingly signing the contract.

"I've been weeping for about a month now, trying to figure out how to say goodbye to all this."

However, Trump ultimately gained traction with Latino voters on Election Day, securing all seven swing states.
