The Oscar winner commended the 'courage' Anderson showed by defying beauty standards with her bare-faced look at 2023 Paris Fashion Week.

Pamela Anderson boldly defied industry standards by attending Paris Fashion Week without a stitch of makeup.

Anderson wowed in a sunny yellow dress that complemented her bare-faced glow at the Isabel Marant show on Sept. 28, and continued to go makeup-free for several of the week's events.

Many were impressed by Anderson's choice to go all-natural in an arena that usually features guests with head-to-toe makeup.

Jamie Lee Curtis, for one, celebrated Anderson's "courage and rebellion" with an Instagram post.

Curtis shared a photo of Anderson at the Isabel Marant event with the caption:

"THE NATURAL BEAUTY REVOLUTION HAS OFFICIALLY BEGUN!"
"@pamelaanderson in the middle of fashion week with so many pressures and postures, and and and, this woman showed up and claimed her seat at the table with nothing on her face."
"I am so impressed and floored by this act of courage and rebellion."

Chelsea Handler concurred, writing:

"That's pretty iconic."

Anderson recently revealed in an interview with Elle magazine that the death of makeup artist and dear friend Alexis Vogel had prompted her stripped-down look.

“She was the best."
“And since then, I just felt, without Alexis, it’s just better for me not to wear makeup.”

Of course, Anderson did acknowledge that she was going "against the grain" by going makeup-free.

"Because I did notice that there were all these people doing big makeup looks, and it’s just like me to go against the grain and do the opposite what everyone’s doing.”

But she's okay with it.

“I feel rooted for. I feel good. I’m in a good place.”

Trans Activist Has Blunt Reminder For Nancy Mace About Trans Women During Trump's First Term

Transgender activist Charlotte Clymer posted a truth bomb about where transgender women in the Capitol went to the bathroom during the first Trump administration after South Carolina Republican Representative Nancy Mace announced she would seek to ban transgender women from the women's bathroom.

Mace introduced a resolution to bar members of Congress, as well as congressional officers and employees, from using single-sex facilities that do not align with their biological sex. The proposal was clearly designed to target Sarah McBride, who recently secured Delaware's lone seat in the House and will become the first openly transgender member of Congress.
