Actors injuring themselves on set is nothing new, but when it comes to the injuries themselves, actor Jameela Jamil seems to have opened a whole new can of worms.

During the launch of the new Disney+ series she stars in, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, Jamil revealed that while doing her own stunts for the Marvel show she injured her backside.

You're probably thinking she pulled a glute muscle or something, right? Well you're halfway there—she did pull a muscle in her butt, but it was one of the muscles in her... well, there's just no other way to say this—her butt *hole*, specifically.

And if you weren't aware that was even possible, you're not alone.

Jamil told Entertainment Tonight she wasn't either.

Speaking with ET at the red-carpet premiere of She-Hulk at the Chinese Theater in Hollywood, Jamil revealed just how much of a physical challenge her role was.

Of the stunts she had to complete, she said:

"Oh, I did it all! I did it all. I was hurting in places that I really didn't know exist."
"Like, you'll probably have to bleep this out, but I pulled a muscle in my a**hole. I didn't know that was possible!"

So how does one go about injuring their a**hole?

Jamil described her stunts as "jiu jitsu and kung fu and combat in the air." So make a note to avoid those disciplines if you feel like saving your butt.

On Twitter, Jamil's injury definitely left people surprised.

Jamil also told ET the physical nature of her role as Titania, a social media influencer with super-strength, was a bit of a departure for her, since she's prone to a less than athletic lifestyle.

As she described it:

"[T]hat was something I've never done before, because I'm the ultimate couch potato. I am just a puddle with bangs."

You heard it here first—stay active or you'll end up injuring your a**hole.
