Guy Calls Body Positivity Influencer A 'Fat B*tch' For Rejecting His Advances—So She Tells His Fiancée

Guy Calls Body Positivity Influencer A 'Fat B*tch' For Rejecting His Advances—So She Tells His Fiancée

We all know that things can get inappropriate and hurtful in the comments section of a social media post, but many people literally avoid their Direct Messages (DMs) because of how much worse they can be.

Goodrich Eckard, @PCOSSupportGirl on TikTok, shared screenshots in a TikTok video of what happened when she turned a man down in her DMs.

A man reached out to the body positivity influencer, telling her how much she had grown to mean to him, which could be a nice gesture if a little too forward-sounding.

But unfortunately, in true DM-fashion, the conversation went from overstepping to downhill once Eckard set a boundary.

The conversation started like this:

"[You] are literally perfect. I would do anything to get to know you like [for real]."

Eckard responded:

"That's very kind! But I am not really interested or available at the moment. Have a good day!"

The man insisted:

"I'd treat [you] real nice."

Eckard replied:

"I'm sure you believe that! But again, I am not available nor interested."

The man, not surprisingly, did not appreciate this reply, and his remaining comments were nothing short of harsh.

You can watch the video here:

The video quickly garnered serious attention with over 46-thousand likes and nearly 300 comments.

Some were appalled by the man's behavior.

Others encouraged Eckard to reach out to the guy's fiancée as she had alluded to in the video.

After consideration, Eckard reached out to her, and the future bride was appropriately angry.

But then Eckard shared a surprising update.

TikTok was floored that she had been blocked by both people since she'd simply shared evidence of what had happened that day.

But as some pointed out, perhaps the woman was not ready to hear the truth and would thank Eckard for her efforts in a few months or years down the road.

That hardly seems like a reason to block someone who was just trying to help, though.
