TikToker Stunned After Asking Husband To Pack Toothbrushes—Then Finds Them In His Shoes

TikToker Laura Henshaw hilariously lost it after realizing her husband packed their toiletries—including both of their toothbrushes—inside his shoes.

No one is perfect, but TikTok has made it its mission to call out hilarious fails and straight-up shortcomings through various trends and relationship tests.

One of its favorite targets? Boyfriends and husbands.

But sometimes, mistakes caught on the app are not the result of one of these trends or challenges at all—they're just "I did not think that through" comedic gold.

One such example was caught by TikToker Laura Henshaw while she was packing for a trip with her husband. Henshaw had already packed her belongings and toiletries, with the exception of her toothbrush that she still needed to use.

Instead of opening everything back up, Henshaw did the next most sensible thing and asked her husband to pack her toothbrush in his bag of toiletries.

This sounds like a simple enough request until Henshaw discovered where her toothbrush ended up.

"I'm crying! I'm crying!"

Henshaw opened one of her most recent TikTok videos laugh-crying with her phone in her lap after she discovered the location of her toothbrush. Though she had expected her husband to pack a toiletry bag, he'd instead thrown a razor, along with both of their *uncovered* toothbrushes into one of his shoes.

And not just any shoes—his stinky running shoes.

The only comfort Henshaw could have possibly taken from this, besides the fact that her husband didn't forget to pack her utensil, was that her toothbrush bristles were sticking out of the shoe, while his toothbrush and razor were firmly tucked down inside of the shoe's interior.

With many demanding an explanation, Henshaw approached her husband and asked what he'd been thinking.

In the brief video, it turns out that little "thinking" had actually been done, as Henshaw's husband had been "in a rush" and had simply thrown the items into the bag without another thought.

When asked what they were supposed to do with the toothbrushes now, her husband's solution was to simply "wash them off."

Some TikTokers stated that this would be grounds for divorce, or at least to never kiss their partner again.

But much to most of TikTok's dismay, Henshaw later confirmed that the couple was still together, "despite" the toothbrush incident.

still together despite the toothbrushes!!!!!!!! #bluesfest #bluesfestoutfit

Henshaw did confirm, however, that the couple had purchased new toothbrushes for the rest of the trip and beyond.

This is a great reminder that we all have different standards and limits, and what might simply be an annoyance for one person might be a total and immediate dealbreaker for someone else.

At least now we know that the couple is using new, unsoiled toothbrushes.

Here's hoping this packing decision was a one-time thing!

'Ferris Bueller' Clip Explaining Tariff Disaster In 1930 Goes Viral Amid Trump's Tariff War

People are nodding their heads after a clip from the movie Ferris Bueller's Day Off in which Ben Stein's teacher character explains the disastrous results of the Smoot-Hawley Tariff Act in 1930 went viral after President Donald Trump's announced tariffs on goods imported from Canada and Mexico.

The scene features a high school economics teacher, played by Ben Stein, lecturing his uninterested students about the Smoot-Hawley Tariff Act—a real-life 1930 bill signed by President Herbert Hoover that raised tariffs on imported goods. The law, often blamed for exacerbating the Great Depression, has drawn comparisons to Trump’s recent trade policies.
