Young Democrat Parker Short, who went viral after he was caught on camera enthusiastically rapping to Kendrick Lamar's 'Not Like Us' at a recent Harris rally in Atlanta, reiterated his support in a video on TikTok.

Prior to Kamala Harris taking the stage at a campaign rally in Atlanta last Tuesday, a young man in the audience was captured enthusiastically rapping along to Kendrick Lamar's "Not Like Us," and the moment quickly went viral across several social media platforms.

Viewers, of course, were determined to uncover the identity of this supporter, and they succeeded in their quest.

Meet Georgia Young Democrats President Parker Short.

Short himself has now taken to TikTok to continue to rally others in support of Harris.

The new TikToker shared an MSNBC interview in which he confirmed the event was a "come on in and try it out" kind of "vibe."

"That's what the Democratic Party is."
"We're a big tent, and we're here to let people in and lift people up."

He continued:

"I got involved in Democratic politics because I lost my dad as a little kid."
"I saw the impact that Democratic politics can have on people. I was on social security. His labor union helped save my family from hundreds of thousands of dollars of medical debt."

He added that he lost his healthcare when Georgia governor Brian Kemp "refused to expand Medicaid in Georgia and changed Medicaid standards."

"So this is very real for me."

Short then said that everyone "is in this together" in hopes of seeing a "better future."

He also made it a point to clarify that he was jamming to "Brick House" and Ludacris before the cameras found him rapping to "Not Like Us," as well.
