Mark Hamill Offers Classic Retort After Trump Declared Himself A 'Perfect Physical Specimen'

Iconic actor Mark Hamill offered a classic retort after former Republican President Donald Trump declared himself a "perfect physical specimen" in a post on Truth Social, the social media platform he created after he was booted from Twitter for inciting the January 6 insurrection.

In his post, Trump criticized the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), which last month combed through his Mar-a-Lago estate on the hunt for classified documents Trump had spirited away from the Oval Office. Agents are also searching for others after recovering empty folders with classified markings.

The FBI seized Trump's medical records as part of its search, an action he likened to the "Days of the Soviet Union!"

And somehow in the middle of this rant, Trump found time to refer to himself as a "perfect physical specimen," offering yet another example of his braggadocio when it comes to his health and physical prowess.

Trump said:

"Not only did the FBI steal my Passports in the FBI Raid and Break-In of my home, Mar-a-Lago, but it has just been learned through court filings that they also improperly took my complete and highly confidential medical file and history, with all the bells and whistles (at least they'll see that I'm very healthy, an absolutely perfect physical specimen!), plus personal Tax Records (Illegal to take), and lawyer/client/privileged information, a definite NO, NO."

Trump's post soon caught the attention of Hamill, who offered a witty response that ribbed Trump's tendency for magical thinking, writing:

"I declare myself a 30-yr-old, 6'2", multiple Oscar winner."

Social media users cheered Hamill's response and decided to engage in some magical thinking of their own.

Trump—known for bragging about just about everything—has made no secret he views himself as the peak of physical health, even if those claims do not hold up in reality.

Trump was widely mocked last month after he declared during a speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) that Representative Ronny Jackson, a Texas Republican who previously served as the White House doctor during the Trump administration, "loved looking at my body."

He claimed Jackson told him he was "the healthiest President that ever lived" and Jackson noted his body was "so strong and powerful."

Last spring, Jackson was criticized after he sent a letter to Physician to the President Kevin O’Connor and Chief Medical Adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci demanding Democratic President Joe Biden take a cognitive test, breathing further life into conspiracies—not helped by Trump's penchant for referring to Biden as "Sleepy Joe"—about Biden's mental fitness.

Jackson has been a largely controversial figure since his days as the White House doctor. During a January 2018 press briefing, Jackson vouched for Trump's health, saying his neurological functions are excellent and assuring the press corps he would be able to serve his entire term.

Jackson was widely mocked after adding Trump likely had "incredible genes" that allowed him to remain healthy despite a lack of exercise and a taste for fast food.

Trump Ripped After Going Off On Bonkers Rant About Room's Decor During Cabinet Meeting

During Tuesday's cabinet meeting while the press was in attendance, MAGA Republican President Donald Trump gave a rambling stream of consciousness speech that went all over the place before landing on paint versus gold leaf, leading people to again question the POTUS' mental acuity amid a notable cognitive decline.

In a disjointed monologue about the decor in the cabinet room, Trump said he stole a grandfather clock from Secretary of State Marco Rubio's office and chose a painting of James Polk because the frame matched the frame around his favorite President—Andrew Jackson.
