The 'Star Wars' icon called out Trump on X, formerly Twitter, after the ex-President jokingly told supporters in Las Vegas, 'I don't care about you. I just want your vote.'

Star Wars icon Mark Hamill called out former President Donald Trump on X, formerly Twitter, after Trump jokingly told supporters during a Las Vegas rally the following "joke":

"I don’t want anybody going on me. We need every voter."
"I don't care about you. I just want your vote."

The Trump supporters in attendance laughed, to which Trump responded:

"See now, the press will take that, and they'll say, 'He said a horrible thing.'"

Trump's remarks—delivered at an outdoor rally in 100-degree heat—were later highlighted by President Joe Biden's campaign in a scorching ad.

It was a crystal-clear statement coming from the former president, who previously joked "I love the poorly educated" after winning the Nevada caucuses in 2016, remarks that prompted many to accuse him of openly grifting his supporters. By the following morning, the phrase "I LOVE THE POORLY EDUCATED" was trending heavily on Twitter, where it was tweeted an average of 15 times a minute.

Nor did any of this escape Hamill, who had a pretty succinct response:

"I love it when he accidentally tells the truth."

You can see Hamill's post below.

Many agreed—and proceeded to mock Trump and his supporters.

Hamill's latest jab at Trump is fitting considering he has a history of criticizing the former president.

Many on the right have a special disdain for Hamill, an outspoken liberal activist who has made headlines for criticizing Trump and the GOP on a regular basis.

In April, Hamill was attacked by Trump fans after mocking Trump's history of verbal flubs. Hamill said Trump's "frequent verbal catastrophes" make it difficult to take the former president seriously when he spends considerable time recovering from his own gaffes.

Hamill has also jabbed Trump over claims he would present evidence of election fraud. After Trump—who has failed to present any evidence to support his "Big Lie" that the 2020 election was stolen from him—Hamill teased Trump's suggestion that there is an "irrefutable report" that will exonerate him.

It might be 2026, but there are still people out there with totally unattainable—and biologically impossible—standards for women and their bodies.

A key example is shaming a woman for not having a totally flat stomach. Meanwhile, this is a totally normal feature of a woman's body because it is where a woman's uterus is, and what we're seeing from the outside is the body's protective barrier for that and other organs.
