Have you ever wondered what it would be like if you got locked inside a shop after closing because somehow, nobody noticed you were in there?
Well, that oddly specific nightmare was TikToker @khaosblackmetal 's reality after he and another shopper were locked in an Aldi grocery store at the beginning of the pandemic.
After his friends found his Snapchats of the ordeal hilarious, they encouraged him to share his story on TikTok.

The video the OP recorded during the incident was turned into the smaller, clipped version he posted to TikTok.
"I don't have to worry about starving to death because there's plenty of food and there's also a bunch of alcohol on that rack," he joked in the clip.
"Thirty minutes and a bottle of wine later," the store manager finally managed to get them out.

After the event, OP said the cashier tried accusing he and the other shopper of breaking into the store or hiding while she made final checks.
When security footage eventually cleared them, he and the other shopper were instructed to return to pay and pick up their items the following day.
