George Santos Ripped After Mocking A Girl—Who Tried To Take A Photo Of Him—For Having Acne

The GOP Rep. was called out after tweeting a shady response to a girl who tried to take a photo of him while he was shopping in Zara.

New York Republican Representative George Santos took to social media to publicly shame a young woman who attempted to take his photo while he was shopping at a Zara store.

Instead of focusing on his upcoming court appearance or fulfilling his duties as a member of Congress, Santos took time out of his day to address the incident on Twitter.

His puerile hot take drew criticism from online users.

Santos directed a derogatory comment towards the woman, suggesting she should be more concerned about her "acne issue" rather than trying to capture his image. He accompanied the tweet with a shocked meme featuring J. Alexander from America's Next Top Model.

Santos wrote:

“For the girl trying really hard to take a picture of me inside Zara."
"You should focus more on that acne issue you got going on instead of trying to take pictures of me."

You can see Santos' post below.

Santos was criticized for body-shaming.

Many took the opportunity to further criticize him for his many scandals.

Santos has been embroiled in a series of controversies due to his questionable background story and alleged fraudulent actions.

He was arraigned in court last month and is facing a barrage of serious allegations about fraudulent schemes and dishonesty that allowed him to rise to Congress and enrich himself.

The charges against him include seven counts of wire fraud, three counts of money laundering, one count of misappropriation of public funds, and two counts of making false statements of material fact to the House of Representatives.

In the months before his indictment, Santos had risen to infamy by constructing a false identity, artfully portraying himself as a prosperous Wall Street tycoon, boasting of a flourishing real estate portfolio and a glorious past as a collegiate volleyball sensation.

However, meticulous investigations subsequently exposed these assertions as nothing more than a tapestry of falsehoods. Santos had never occupied the esteemed positions he claimed, nor had he pursued higher education.

In truth, he had endured financial struggles before venturing into the realm of politics. He also had an outstanding case in Brazil related to his stealing a checkbook—a crime Santos admitted to committing before fleeing Brazil before his sentencing.
