Turns Out Florida Man Who Waved Gun At Black Homeowner During Racist Rant Has Been Faking Being A Navy SEAL For Years

Joseph Fucheck of Miami, Florida was recently caught on video waving his gun at a Black homeowner.

He also shouted racist rhetoric and slurs.

During his rant, Fucheck claimed to be a former Navy SEAL and recipient of the Purple Heart.

Investigations following his arrest have revealed both of these claims regarding military service were false.

According to The Miami Herald:

"Fucheck, 58, has been masquerading as a Navy SEAL for years, adding another twist in the strange story that made headlines across the country."
"The Navy SEAL Museum in Fort Pierce, which maintains paperwork for all SEALs since World War II, has no record of him."
"A real retired Navy SEAL, who tried confronting Fucheck a few years ago, called the man's bogus dress uniform a 'total and complete mess.'"

Fucheck's own daughter told the Herald:

"He's a narcissist. He just has to be the center of attention."

Fucheck's daughter claims her father began this lie years ago.

He created many forged documents to back the lie up.

The act of lying about military service—especially by people who have never served in the military in any capacity—is commonly referred to as "stolen valor."

Under the Stolen Valor Act, profiting off of false claims of military accolades is a federal crime.

Now, Fucheck faces up to 15 years in prison for what may end up being classified as a hate crime.

With the entire incident filmed for the world to see, there seems little doubt Fucheck will face consequences for his actions.

Just kidding—it literally sounds identical to every country song ever made and the lyrics are about the flag, Jesus, Talladega (literally) and, of course, that perennial right-wing favorite: "pronouns."

Trump Supporter's Post After Getting Laid Off From Gov't Job Has Critics Saying 'Told You So'

One of President Donald Trump's supporters who was laid off from their job with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) told Trump on social media that they're "counting on you now to make this right"—and critics are just shaking their heads with total "told you so" energy.

The cuts at USDA are the latest spurred by billionaire Elon Musk's (non-department) Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE); the administration fired probationary staff at two of USDA's research agencies and its farm loan agency. It was not immediately clear how many staff members were affected by the mass firings, and sources told Reuters that they occurred overnight.

MAGA Politician Whines About His 'Preferred Pronouns' After Woman Purposely Misgenders Him During Hearing

A Wyoming woman put MAGA's hypocrisy about "preferred pronouns" on full display after calling state Senator Tim French "Madam Chairman" while testifying before the Wyoming Senate Judiciary Committee.

Britt Boril of Casper, Wyoming, was testifying before the committee mere days after state Republicans passed S.F. 77, the “Compelled Speech Is Not Free Speech” Act," a bill prohibiting people from being "forced" to use correct gender pronouns for anyone. The state Senate still has to pass the bill because the state House changed a section regarding penalties for those who violate the legislation.
