A flight attendant's clever ploy to ward off creeps by wearing a fake ring has gone viral.

While intentionally humorous, her amusing tactic also sparked an online discussion about the lengths to which many women have to go to protect themselves from unwanted advances.

In the video, the 22-year-old wore her flight crew uniform and flaunted her fake ring while walking down the aisle of an empty aircraft cabin.

In a superimposed text, she said the prop was a "fake Amazon engagement ring at work to keep the creeps away."

People shared their observations from her video and commented on the bad behaviors of some men.
